So I've had my auto and homeowners insurance with Allstate for almost 3 years now and didn't really have a problem with them until I was informed that when my policy renewed this month my auto monthly rate was going to go up drastically with really no explanation when I asked. I realized it there is premium increases but we're talking over $200 a month more. I reached out to this State farm office because it's close to my house and my family primarily my mother has used State farm for 40 plus years. Makes me wonder why I hadn't done this sooner because everything from the start of the call all the way until I was a new State farm member and hanging up off the call, Brittany was absolutely amazing! I say this because she made the experience stress-free, relatively quick yet she was also thorough, super friendly, and yeah it just felt like I didn't really have to do anything but let her work her magic! Thank you so much Brittany and I look forward to State farm now ensuring mine as well as my daughter's vehicles!

Delaney is nice and Kaylie was very helpful getting me set up, it took 20 minutes to get a quote and when i called back to follow through with the insurance plan they had me set up in under 10 minutes!

Regarding a 3 year old claim, the service was excellent. I did not realize I was covered in opening this claim for repair last month. I had changed carriers, simply from corporate changes. The repair, rental, continuing communication was professional, support was good, both at home office and the customer service support claim service. Vandalism was done to the entire left side of my vehicle in May of 2020. Was a highly charged experience, as I made clear to Gladstone police. The support from State Farm made this experience doable to fix the damage. Thank you State Farm.

Absolutely horrible - rates chaged 4 times in a month an a half. Maryann offered no apology, didn't even acknowledge the situation being frustrating. Her associates rarely could answer a question directly. Awful business.

I had high hopes when I signed up with State Farm Insurance, but my experience has been nothing short of a trainwreck. From the very beginning, it felt like a constant struggle to get the service and support I expected.Customer Service: The customer service at State Farm is abysmal at this agency. I've had the worst time communicating the simplest of details with any of their associates. When I finally reached Mary Ann, she seemed defensive, disinterested and unhelpful.Premiums: The premiums I was quoted initially were reasonable, but they skyrocketed. We're talking about $720 for 6 months for two vehicles to $1700... It's more than disheartening when you sign up for an insurance plan thinking you're getting a good deal, only to see your rates increase dramatically over a month and a half time period.Lack of Transparency: State Farm lacks transparency in their dealings. I never felt like I fully understood my policy or what I was paying for with every increase, of which there were four and their responsibility - not ours. It's frustrating not to have clarity about what you're actually covered for.Billing Issues: Billing problems were a recurring issue. I experienced increase in charges, and it seemed like I had to constantly follow up to correct these errors. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against choosing Mary Ann Suber. My experience with them has been riddled with frustration, poor customer service, and a general lack of professionalism. There are plenty of other insurance providers out there that offer better service and more transparent agencies. Do your research and consider other options before committing to this agency.
