when i walked into the store i was greeted by a very nice cashier, her name was vanessa. she helped me with my order and didn’t rush me! she was very sweet and smiling the whole time. i noticed they were very busy and understaffed but despite that they still made sure to have a smile on their face and deliver amazing customer service. even though they were very busy the packers (dea and bryan) made sure to get my food out very very fast. the chicken was perfect and golden. i’ve noticed this store gets a lot of bad reviews but people seem to forget the stress of only being 3 people and running the store. mistakes happen! will definitely be coming back! very nice and understanding people here!Parking: maybe 20 spots available!Wheelchair accessibility: right by the door

Went through the drive-through ordered a simple two-piece meal and there was no cars behind me but they still they had me park in the disabled spot. Shame on you Kentucky. I asked if I could stay at the window if no cars pulled up and she said oh no, absolutely not. The person‘s name was Vanessa and let me tell you she’s in the wrong job.

WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, EVER, EVER, EVER DUE TO UNRULY CONTROL FREAK WOMAN AT WINDOW.On 3/24/24 around 4:30pm ordered an 8 piece nugget combo (fries and drink)because I had an online coupon. Window service lady told me to drive in front and my order would be brought to me. (side bar she did not ask me what side I wanted and she gave me the wrong drink in drive thru). Waited 10 mintues in front and saw three other cars go through drive thru that did not have to park up front. I drove back around to the customer service window and said it had been 10 minutes, no food and I wanted my money back. Keep in mind NO CARS BEHIND ME. NO OTHER PEOPLE WAITING. The woman kept insisting I drive back up front to wait to get my money back. I said NO I would wait right there and I want my money back. NO ONE waiting and it will only take 60 seconds for the transaction. She called to a gentleman by the kitchen that didnt even know what the order was. He came to the window, asked for my card to return my money. Meanwhile this woman kept slamming the slide window and yelling at me and to the gentleman that I was uncooperative and he needed to call the police because I would not pull in front which of course then meant I would have to get out of my car, go into the lobby and wait God knows how long to get my money back. THIS WOMAN WITH CONTROL ISSUES HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING IN THIS INDUSTRY. KFC HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER DUE TO THIS RUDE WOMAN.

Worst KFC ever...rude management. I stood there 20 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. People came in behind me with door dash orders and she helped them with their order and she STILL didn't take my order. When I asked her if someone was going to take my order she actually yelled at me, said she was busy and if I didn't like it I can leave. So I left and I will be calling corporate.

ordered standard bucket. received 4 thighs, 2 legs, 2 wings.. no breasts. ordered 4 bbq sauce packets.. missing from order. shame that this happens so often from fast food places anymore.

absolutely rude staff, she wouldn’t even let us order and kept on interrupting when i hadn’t even finished ordering. she slammed the window door in my face multiple times and had the worst attitude. i work in food and that’s not how u treat people no matter what mood you’re in.

Kentucky Fried Chicken - Gladstone, MO - 5813 Antioch RoadWe ordered KFC for dinner this evening. When I got home, I looked at the chicken and it was old, dry and crusty. I tried to call back to discuss but they did not answer. I really like KFC but so many times my order is not correct or the food is not fresh (like today). They didn't seem to be busy - I was the only one in the drive thru lane. I think I am going to finally make a change when it comes to fried chicken

They were in a rush to get me away from the window. Then I asked about a medium size side and was told only small and large. So I order large. I don't know if they don't have appropriate containers or they lack food quantities but I'm very dis pleased. Best looking thing is the biscuits.

I wanted a chicken sandwich. Try this kfc. food was cold, sandwich was dry. My partners chicken pcs where ok. We were th e only ones there at 5:30pm which should have told me something. With how slow they were, the tables should have been clean

Food ok, service slow and indifferent, heat blasting, no towels or heat in restrooms. Too many other places serve better chicken.

Heed the warnings in these recent reviews. This used to be my go-to location. But now, management apparently has employees sell expired food. 3 pieces of chicken - each old, dried out, tough and just warm. Coleslaw had a terrible undertaste. Biscuit was fresh, which is obviously why I had a 5 or 10 minute wait - it certainly wasn't a wait for chicken to fry!

Customer service is trash. Takes forever to get food and when I try to get help I get a " they're working on it, I don't know" with a shrug. Food is usually decent but it's shouldn't take 20+ min to get my order. Seems like no one knows what the hell they're doing behind the counter.
