I have had the best experience with Emma and Robert Met Emma the first and I had to return the next day to bring what I forgot. Robert completed my taxes and was such a delight to talk to. Hope to see you again next year. If you need your taxes done this is the place Robert is your guy.

dropped off my taxes before the deadline of their sales promotion. due to the load of the preparer, he completed after the due date and I no longer qualified for the the discount. I decided to leave HR block to try JH and this promotion was my incentive . I have used HRBlock for years and have never been charged the amount I was with JH, even when I had extra forms one year. My taxes are NOT complicated in any way. My tax person was very nice and accommodating and felt bad that he couldn't give me the discount. I would love to leave an email complaint to them... but their site doesn't give me this option. I scored 2 stars... because of the preparer He was the best thing about my experience.

This was my first time ever using Jackson Hewitt. And even though my refund was much more smaller compared to last year ( which I now understand why ), Lydia and Robert both went above and beyond to make sure I was still able to get the biggest refund possible. Oh and by the way guys I was able to get a tax refund advance loan which helped me out tremendously. Thanks again for all of your help and I'll see you again next year!
