“My agent and her team are very easy to get along with and are quite knowledgeable about the insurance industry. They always eager to help and will check in in me from time to time if I hadn't needed anything for a while. The prices are competitive enough to keep my business because I will take the extra time to switch providers each policy if I can save a few dollars. I've had a couple accidents under their coverage, one at fault by technicality, and they took care of me and the party I did damage to quickly and with no trouble. I even nearly made a claim on my home policy when a large tree fell in my back yard from a passing violent storm. It was the first time I had any damage on my property and potentially my neighbors as well. After assessing the damage, I found no more damage than my deductible had occured so I rescended the claim. My agent was very helpful throughout and understanding of my choice. I felt a bad for using up his time when I ultimately decided I didn't need to but he assured me that was his job and he was getting compensated just the same. From out on the roads to my own back yard, I trust and rely on my team at Allstate.

“Update to this review from 4 years ago: Our agent, Larry, has since become an independent agent so that he can get the best deal for all of his insurance clients. Premiums for our insurance with our former company were going to take a drastic spike in June 2023. We went back to Larry, and he found the same great coverage for a decreased premium with another reputable company. Below is the original review.Several years ago, our home insurance rates were making a huge spike, and we couldn't afford to pay the increased rate, so we started shopping around for a new company. By also transferring our car insurance to Farmer's, Larry was able to get us a total premium for our home and three cars that was better than what we were going to have to pay for just our home insurance under our old company. Since then, we have had several auto claims but no home insurance claims, and we have always had great service in dealing with our claims. Larry and his staff have also been pro-active in finding ways to reduce our rates further. Great customer service!”
