The Meat and Seafood counter at the Hy-Vee in Gladstone 7113 n prospect is the best. Always attentive to there customers. If you are looking for something for what to make for dinner but didn't come with a plan. Stop by the meat counter first. Tell them what you like and the can will advise to options to please your palate. When ever I don't know what to fix I stop and speak with some of the middle aged and older gentleman. The have some pre prepped items like stuffed pork chops or preseasoned chicken or steak fajitas . You just pop them in the oven or skillet to cook.

Love this Hyvee store. It's our favorite store to shop the deals and savings you get on gas. The employees are so friendly and always there to help you find something. We recommend this Hyvee for all your grogery shopping as well as customer service help.. and much more.

OK I shop the store all the time but today Saturday, June 10 was the worst experience I’ve ever had the guy who checked me out never ever said one word to me not hi how are you how much my total was nothing put my card in did they number he walked away then he came back and look like he was mad because I didn’t tear off my own receipt and then the girl that was bagging. My stuff look like I was bothering her because she had bag my groceries and she never said a word to me told the manager and he goes who Russell or Rusty or whatever his name was didn’t say a word to you and I said no nobody said a word to me so much for a smile in every aisle he goes oh well I’m sorry I’ll talk to them really sad, sad. Sad

This store went through a huge rentivation not long ago and the store looks great, but the liquor department is amazing. I spent most of my career in the supplier side of the beer business and I have never seen a nicer and well laid out liquor store than this stores liquor department. Well done Gladstone, MO HyVee!

Awesome selection for a grocery store, and they usually have some kind of samples on weekends. Amazing selection of sake, better than most liquor stores. Lots of beers to choose from too, same with spirits. Plus it's just nice in there, not crowded and very clean and somehow luxurious (I know, it sounds crazy to describe a grocery store liquor section as "luxurious"). One of my favorite places to buy alcohol.

Great selection of drinks. The workers feel like hit or miss. One guy felt to be judging me and not receptive to my friendliness, but proceeded to be nice to the next customers. I felt slightly unwelcomed.

Raw chicken! Tonight my girlfriend and I got Hyvee Mealtime meals from this location as a quick and easy dinner. My food was fine, however my girlfriend got the Chicken Caesar Salad, which had raw chicken in it. Raw chicken is dangerous and never should have made it out of the kitchen, let alone served to a customer. The exterior of the chicken was grilled as advertised then sliced into strips, however the entire center of the chicken was still pink, cold, and raw. I’ve had good experiences with this Hyvee’s food, however this is unfortunately a turn off.
