Upon receiving the car from Hertz Gladstone, I experienced a tire issue. When I reached out to Hertz about the problem, they directed me to contact roadside assistance. Later, when my tire completely deflated and I notified them, they informed me that I would bear the cost. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone; moreover, the lady on the call exhibited rudeness and consistently ended the conversation whenever the matter was discussed.

I’m begging you to not go to this place. Listen to the reviews. I set an appointment, got there and they said they had no reservation, and no midsized sedan. They required I pay extra for rubbish SUV’s they had. No apologies, nothing. Horrible customer service. So I switched me reservation and walked right next door to Enterprise and got a sweet Dodge Charger for the with no hassle, same price.

The customer service that I received from this location was top notch Kenny King was very helpful in a distressing time of need. He answered all my questions, put me on a call when something becomes available because I was in a serious bind and in need of car. He did his best to make the already stressful situation easier and stress free. I recommend seeing him if you need a rental in the future.

Terrible service. I rented a car and told them I will be late for an hour or two, the manager told me you have only 10 minutes to pick it up or lose it. I went immediately and picked it up. After 3 days of traveling, I had flat tires and found the other tires had 2/10 so they recommended all tires needed to be replaced and felt unsafe to drive it. The bling spot and brake lights were not working. It needed a service too. Please don’t go to that location. Very unsafe car. Of course I had to pay for the tires.

I almost completely avoided this location because of the reviews. I reserved a car using the TMobile Tuesday app because of the discounts. I 100% expected them to not have the car I reserved when I got there. Instead, I got a way better rental than I anticipated and it was super simple. I have had experiences in the past in which I reserved a car and they didn't have it when I got there, but not this time. This was a great experience and I'd reserve from this location again.

Don’t come here! Horrible place, not very nice people and really rude. They pocketed my money and said they didn’t have a car for me when I prepaid for it online.

If I could give zero stars I would. In fact, I would take stars away if I could. Hertz as a company sucks at customer service. The two individuals working at this branch when I rented a car were the least helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did they call me last minute and say the last they had available car was just taken, but when I was stranded 1000 miles from my home, they told me “ you’re welcome to call around and see if other people have cars”. I asked if they were able to look for Hertz in the area that had a car available to help me since they gave the last car away (despite me booking it 6 months in advance) and was told they had no way of doing that. They say at their desks with their thumbs up they’re a** while my family and I called all around the state trying to find a car. So not only can they lie about having a rental car for you but they have no way of helping you. DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ.

Wow, the ratings for this place were horrible but we were in a pinch and for some reason, Hertz had the best rates which is rarely the case, so I went ahead and reserved a car from the Gladstone location. Our experience was awesome. We were given a free upgrade for our trip and everything about the vehicle and the rates were clearly explained up front. We had an extra driver and because we were Hertz Gold members and also AAA members there were no additional fees for the extra driver. Had a great trip, the vehicle ran perfectly. The return process was fast and as long as the tank is full when you drop it off, no additional charges were issued. I will rent from this place again.

*Buyer Beware* Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this location. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the deceptive business practices and bait-and-switch sales tactics taken by many of the representatives at this location. The disregard to the federal sales and marketing laws will happen if you visit this location/ company.I needed a rental for a major car accident covered by insurance. However, when I arrived representatives attempted to have me pay more for a car that had not been reserved. To add insult to injury, after insurance covered the first 30 days, I spoke with the agents I was told I would only have to pay $125 one week and $124 the following week after. But all of that was a lie .I called and noticed my pending charges had been erased and was told I didn’t have a balance, but when I advised I would need to extend the rental and needed to go ahead pay, I was told my balance was all caught up and that when they put in additional days I would not be charged. I called multiple times spoke with the the same rep, asked if I was going to get a large charge at the end, was told on severaloccasions no. I never got a receipt, never got emails, nothing until I got a $900 charge without any notice. It felt like a blatant attempt to exploit my trust and extort money from me. When I contacted their customer support they provided no reasonable explanation for this unexpected charge, they didn’t provide any receipts, any notes on my account from the representative getting authorization to charge my card, nor any willingness to refund a portion of the amount that had not been disclosed. It was clear that their only objective was to take advantage of me during moments of distress and to get as much money from me as possible, regardless of the harm and financial burden this would cause.I was scammed and lied to and after further research, this company recently had a class action lawsuit settlement over this exact thing.

ZERO !!!! It's obvious this is the worse rental car facility in NKC - just read the reviews. Rented a car and was given a Tesla, no big deal except that I told by the attendant that I was traveling for business out of state and how far would the car travel on a charge. He said about 200 miles which is not even close. Finding Tesla charging stations is a nightmare. So, I called and asked to have the car swapped when I got back from my first business trip. I was told no cars were available but call back and over the weekend. Again, no cars. Called again on Monday and finally, we can swap you out. Drive over to the facility after fully charging the Tesla only to be told I now need to pay more money. What a joke!!! Needless to say, I will never rent from them again and I rent a car for business every other week. Good riddance!!!

Never again! Last time they called the morning OF my reservation to tell me they did not have a car for me. I decided to give them a second chance and the same thing just happened.

Worst experience ever, so unhelpful and unprofessional. Frederick the "manager" promised a call back from his boss Hunter, but no call. I wish I would have read the reviews about this location before renting. Seems Fred has pretty much the same unprofessional attitude towards most customers. Reaching out to Hertz corp for help also doesn't do much help either.
