I received the BEST customer service from Lexi, the manager at the Gladstone location. She went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied with a nice, clean ride! We need more Lexi's in this world!?

Mediocre service, and forced to wait lengthy times. Also received mail stating I still had the car despite returning the rental on time.
