Yes, it did take a long time to get a car, but it was partly my fault. But Alexis was awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure I got a car and satisfied. I appreciate everything she did. Thank you Alexis

Always helpful and efficient. We use them about twice a year for our trips to the east coast to visit family. Great experiences every time!
