They are as honest as the day is long. I brought my 2012 wide glide to them thinking I had a major problem which they found to be something simple and repaired at an incredibly reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I posted this review on Yelp as well and wanted to share here because Customer Service like this is now rear. My motorcycle was sitting in my garage for a number of years. I contacted Hard Core Customs to do a oil change, gas flush and possibly seal replacement. I had them do this before after my bike sat and they did a great job. Unfortunately my bike was damaged in transport and became a battle with the tow company to take responsibility for it. This was a mess between AAA, the tow company, and eventually my insurance company. Hard Core Customs stepped up and became an advocate for me and helped deal with the adjusters and tow company. Sadly they no longer make replacement parts for my bike so the insurance adjuster totaled it. Hard Core fought for my interest through the entire sad journey. Hard Core Customs not only does excellent work but if an issue arises they will be in your corner. Highly recommended. The very lead I could do for them is to write this review. Thanks for representing me in this mess.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I'm no biker but my brother is. I went in Hard Core Customs to buy him some apparel for his birthday. Found a really cool cap, which he loved. They are helpful, friendly and really reasonably priced. I'd def shop here again.
