Don't go to Dr. Carr. He nearly killed our fur-baby by stressing it out and then stressing us out. If you were with Dr. Rambo, he has moved to Ark Animal Hospital in Liberty and is still the best exotic vet around.

They were able to see our pet in a timely manner and make a diagnosis. The staff and the doctor were very compassionate and helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Gladstone Animal Clinic is great! A few years ago, our Vet at a different clinic retired and I was so afraid we would not find another great, caring vet for our guinea pigs. A neighbor suggested Gladstone and they have been so caring......especially when I had to put one of our piggies down. They always get us in as soon as they can when they feel that the issue warrants immediate care!

Our regular clinic was booked for two weeks out so we made an appointment here. The sales pitch was strong! It felt scammy! He was more concerned about selling us extra scans and tests than he was about treating our dog. Will not be back and don’t recommend. We have used this place as a back-up vet multiple times over 20 years and never felt this way. Not sure what changed.

Amazing clinic all around. The staff is very sincere and treats your pets as if they were their own. They helped us through a very difficult time and every person we worked with was passionate and compassionate.

Great experience! Hours are wonderful, the vet was amazing, and the rest of the staff as well. Highly recommend! They took good care of my pup and didn't try to do a bunch of unnecessary things. My dog absolutely loved the doctor. Will definitely use them again , if needed for emergency vet care.

I was so thankful for this team. My stray momma cat I took in had a difficult delivery in which the last one was tail and back paw out. They got me and took care of her and the surviving kitty she previously delivered was taken care of while they did a manual extraction and spaying on her.. unfortunately the stuck kitten did not survive but they saved my momma fur baby's life.

ZERO STARS is what I would give: Our dog was lethargic and not eating along with dark yellow urine, took him in as a first time patient, did the bloodwork and x-ray, "enlarged spleen" was what they "saw". We wanted to wait and do surgery a few days later but the doctor kept saying it could rupture, so not knowing any better we opted for surgery. Next day surgery resulted in no issue with his spleen and everything looked fine except now it was his bladder, so paid for an unnecessary surgery IN FULL and still had to do an ultrasound. Results according to them showed possible cancer and wanted to do ANOTHER surgery! Took him to the vet my other dog sees and it was just a serious infection and was cleared up with ANTIBIOTICS...not once did they offer to try medication first but jumped to an expensive surgery that did NOTHING and we still were expected to pay for EVERYTHING! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS OFFICE.
