We've never not had a problem with this pharmacy. My partner had to switch to this pharmacy because of a change in insurance at the start of the year, and not ONCE has a prescription been filled on time and without having to call and harass them to do their job. Their phone system is the worst phone system I've ever had to wait through, and when you finally get through, there's some passive aggressive man on the other end. So far, both times my partner tried to get their prescription filled, they said that either the doctor or another pharmacy was at fault and they have not received any prescription or refills. After calling the other party, BOTH times, it was determined that CVS was at fault and the doctor or pharmacy had already sent the prescription over. And today, prescriptions are supposed to be ready, and they are not. We tried calling, and both of us were on hold for over 10 minutes and couldn't end up getting through to them without having to go back to work. This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They're awful at their jobs and have no sympathy for patients withdrawing from their lack of effort/know-how/leadership. Pick one, any apply.

I have been going to this pharmacy now for 2 months. In the 2 months I’ve been going here, they have delayed me getting my prescriptions twice. Poor communication, HORRIBLE phone system. Be prepared to be on hold for more than 20 minutes to talk to an actual human. Went to check on my prescription and one worker said there was no refill for it. I called my Dr. And they said they sent it in TWO DAYS AGO. Called the pharmacy this morning and the nice worker told me that I had a refill, but it was on hold and she had NO IDEA why it was on hold. I don’t blame the workers , but I do blame the company. Having to withdrawal from needed medication for seemingly no reason really sucks. Get a better system.

People rely on you to be professional and courteous to your valued customers. This establishment should lose business due to its rude, uncaring, and unprofessional staff.Treat your customers like they were your own family members. If your loved one needed their prescription to function on a daily basis. Would you give them the same uncaring, rudeness, and disrespect? I don't think so.We all are expecting you to do your job and do it right. Remember! Without customers.....you don't have jobs!

I've been trying to get my prescription for DAYS. The line is always out the door and I waited on hold for over 70 minutes and no one picked up the phone once.

Drive-thru wasn't working, and the line was to the front door, and even with the fact that several pharmacists were there, only one gave service.

The female older lady is the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. Crazy she still has a job with that attitude.

My husband bought two $100.00 Vanilla gift cards for his top customers as Christmas gifts. They were already scratched off prior to our purchase unbeknownst to us. And spent as soon as he purchased them. The store is not going to take responsibility but knowing they have this problem we should have been warned or they should move them to behind the counter. This 200.00 purchase is now a 400.00 purchase as we now have to replace them for his customers in which Ihe bought them for. Because it is the right thing to do in good faith. We however will not support CVS any longer since their words were, "we won't do anything at a store level so YOU will have to duke it out with Visa."

This place is an absolute joke. Just left there for the 3rd time trying to pick up my medicine. I was told 15 min and they would expedite my prescription. I go back 30 min later and not only is there a line in the drive through with 10 people waiting, there is a line inside with 9 people waiting. I finally get up to be helped and I counted 9 employees behind the pharmacy counter. Give them my name and I was told to come back in 45 minutes. Switching pharmacies as soon as I can. I understand possibly having to wait if they are short staffed, but there was NINE employees working back there!!! I would give negative stars if I could.

This is maybe the most poorly run CVS I’ve ever been to now. Ever since the self checkouts have been installed they have 1 person staffing the whole store. The pharmacy takes a very long time to get anything done. The staff who works the registers in the pharmacy move extremely slow. The line will be backed up at least 10-15 people before someone will come assist them. They do not pay attention to drop offs, stood there at least 20 minutes and no one said anything to me when the pharmacists looked at me at least 5 times while standing there. Unfortunately, somewhere I used to go to all the time for prescriptions, is now somewhere I have to avoid. Hyvee is much faster with much better service.

I don’t understand why I’m second in line at the pharmacy and for 30 minutes the line doesn’t move. Either your prescription is ready for pickup or it’s not. It takes me 30 seconds to get in and get out. Instead I have to waste my time listening to boomers yell at the pharmacists for things they can’t control.

Tried to fill prescription for simple stomach acid reducing medication. Waited in line for almost 45 minutes to find out it was $157 without insurance. I had it filled with Cost Plus for $6.50.

The older lady with dark and grey shoulder length hair was extremely rude to me today at precisely 8 pm 9/19/23.. after attempting the drive through that must’ve closed early cause I tried that prior I went inside, cause I was mistaken that the pharmacy was 24hrs the techs were still helping other customers at the time I walked up.. I was just simply trying to explain that I was unaware that the pharmacy closed earlier, and kept trying to ask if there was still 24 hr locations left.. atleast 4x as I kept trying to speak, she cut me off before I could get 2 words in… repeating “ma’am , we’re closed”, “ma’am I said we’re closed we can’t help you.” Until a younger gal walked up understanding I was just trying to ask a question and explained to me if I went to liberty they could pull my script ect… after driving there I learned they couldn’t cause it was still in cue at the other location so I drover everywhere for nothing and I still desperately need my antibiotics and the doctor isn’t available to switch locations…but the second younger gal was kind a sweet I hope this woman that treated me this way while I’m in pain and sick, is repromanded, I have never worked in an environment where this behavior is acceptable..

This CVS is so up and down. I like them very much. Nice people inside when you are there. Now if you are calling the pharmacy they have a button they can mute your call and never give you a chance of day. I watched one of my regular techs hit it. So they don't have to listen to it. You'll waste your time. So instead call the store not for pharmacy but just for the general store (hit 8) and then ask them to transfer you to the pharmacy. They'll answer then. Took me a day and a half to get in touch with the pharmacy for my refill. All because something on my profile won't let me do it automated. Good thing it's not life threatening!

I have been with this cvs location for about 3 years. I have had several problems lately with medications getting filled. Yesterday morning I was told that they were out of my med. I have CRPS, a chronic pain condition due to an injury that I had in a car accident resulting in amputation of my leg, a head injury and back and neck fractures. I had seizures and extremely high blood pressure last night due to severe pain that sent me to ER and I had to have ketamine infusion. So today when the store opened I was told it was back in stock and being filled when the store opened this morning. It’s 2:20 in the afternoon and they still haven’t filled it. My pain is causing physical symptoms again and my doctor wants me to return to the ER if my blood pressure elevates to dangerous levels-again. I am a nurse. This isn’t acceptable to any patient. I feel for any patient that has trouble getting their medication filled. The attitude by pharmacy staff is also unacceptable.

If I could give this location a -5, I would! The staff is anything but helpful. The pharmacist refuses to help customers, which goes against practicing medicine in general. Which my family understands being established within the community. Perhaps she's newly licensed and is afraid to do her job or encounter customers. However, she should be disappointed in herself for refusing to aide the public. This woman is an embarrassment to the licence she stands behind! Please seek out another location/company!
