CVS is always CVS. Understaffed and over priced and they have a pharmacy. But at least it's not even convenient with their constant and complete lack of staff.

I work at a Doctor’s office and this pharmacy is awful. Rude. Puts you on hold for over 30 mins and I still had to hang up. Tried to call back and still on hold for 15 min. My patient couldn’t get his medication he needed for his procedure. Moving forward, I will start telling my patients to switch to a better pharmacy. Hy-Vee has better prices for all meds and the Hy-Vee staff are so friendly!

They have set a computer to answer a phone instead of paying a human to do the job. The computer is set to be impossible to get a human on the phone. This is not just this cvs but all of them! Then this one will let the phone ring and not answer it for sometimes over an hour! The one nearby on anich is worse! The computer will flat hang up on you since they never ever answer the phone! Corporate refuses to hire enough people to staff the pharmacy so the job can be done effectively and efficently

The pharm staff is not organized and have very long wait time only to be told to get into another line, the told to go back to the first line that I was in . The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Cashier at the front counter was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met. She should not work there. I will never go back. I won’t recommend anybody to that place. Absolutely horrible experience.

hello....me and my hubby just came back cvs....we had the most stupidest thing happen to use tonight.....we tried to get something from from the pharmacy..... right....... well it wasnt covered so we was going to pay with cash....right....well they said that they had to call the insurance for some reason....but we wanted to pay for it with cash......but still couldnt get it because they had to hear from the insurance........THIS MAKES NOOOOOO SENSE AT ALL......and when i tried to use my my food stamp card i had to type in my number on my card 4 times....then had to put in my pin after trying 4 times.....and the staff was slow.....and only had one person working the front part of cvs

It’s always a pain getting through to anyone in the pharmacy. When they finally answer they just seem annoyed. The person I spoke with tonight said it was 10 minutes til they closed and she didn’t have time to help with my problem. I was on hold for 30 mins before anyone answered…
Every time I have to go here there’s extremely long wait times (even when scripts are supposedly ready). I pay the $6 delivery fee to avoid going in! But they canceled my last delivery order without a reason and now I can’t re-order. So I guess I’ll be heading in to wait this weekend…
Customer service is lacking. Hoping to find a new pharmacy soon!

On hold for over 45 minutes when someone picked up the line and hung the phone up. It was right when their lunch time began. That was a couple of weeks ago. Today, was on hold for 30 minutes and someone hangs up the line. My son is sick and needs his medication that was called in a 9am and still not ready. He takes seizure medication that the refill was called in 4 days ago and it's "out of stock". My kid NEEDS his meds. If you're short-staffed then either hore more people or shut this location down. Horrible customer service. So frustrating!!

We've never not had a problem with this pharmacy. My partner had to switch to this pharmacy because of a change in insurance at the start of the year, and not ONCE has a prescription been filled on time and without having to call and harass them to do their job. Their phone system is the worst phone system I've ever had to wait through, and when you finally get through, there's some passive aggressive man on the other end. So far, both times my partner tried to get their prescription filled, they said that either the doctor or another pharmacy was at fault and they have not received any prescription or refills. After calling the other party, BOTH times, it was determined that CVS was at fault and the doctor or pharmacy had already sent the prescription over. And today, prescriptions are supposed to be ready, and they are not. We tried calling, and both of us were on hold for over 10 minutes and couldn't end up getting through to them without having to go back to work. This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They're awful at their jobs and have no sympathy for patients withdrawing from their lack of effort/know-how/leadership. Pick one, any apply.
