I was in dire need of printing a document that I needed very early in the morning. I spoke to a complete gentleman on the night shift. Obviously they only print pictures and not documents.. however, he offered me so many ideas that I could use to get it done. Instead of simply saying “nope sorry” like I have received many times; he took the time to help. THANK YOU NIGHT SHIFT MAN ?

It's amazing how they are able to stay in business. The only way they could be less helpful is if they shot you as you walked up to the counter.

This is my neighborhood CVS and it really bothers me that I'll have to start driving across town for my prescriptions. The ladies who work the front of the store are super polite but the pharmacy is, well, the biggest collection of a**holes i have ever seen. From down right evil glares to refusing to listen and let's face it, you have the lazy part down pat. The level of screw ups with prescriptions and the record/note keeping is staggering. Seriously, whomever does the hiring needs fired..

I really don't like the replacement of people with Kiosks. All I wanted was a passport photo, but the Kiosk wasn't of help, it wanted me to provide a photo, and with nobody around to help me, it left me just frustrated and having to go elsewhere to get actual service. Luckily across the street, for merely a dollar more, you can be greeted by an actual person and have the process handled much easier without being forced to deal with a Kiosk and no people around to help.

If I were just looking to get printing done, this probably would have been a more positive review. However, since I needed interaction with a person and not a machine, this facility was of no service to me. I didn't want to spend time waiting or looking around for someone, it was more convenient to simply go to FedEx across the street.
