“Best bank ever. The President, Sherry, truly cares. I have had 2 loans through them. When I bought my car there was a name issue at the DMV when I went to get it tagged, because the name had changed awhile back, and the dealership put the old name as the leinholder on the title. Similar but not exact. I was held up because of this at the DMV, who was requesting a letter from the credit union saying that it was in fact them. I was able to call the credit union, and within minutes Sherry had faxed them a letter to resolve the issue. I had a work function in a few hrs and she literally saved the day!! Melody is always so kind and patient too!”
