“Customer service is so important, I stopped for gas when I was by one but never made it a priority. I had a job interview and I had a list of things I needed, an hour before I get a text "I forgot I need a copy of your driver's license, I'm panicked, where can I get a copy of it, in the time I had. I call a couple of places and told yes we have a copier but you can't use it, don't care that it's an emergency, then I call Quick trip and the manager says of course you can get a copy, it's an emergency. So instead of going half a mile I need to go 2 miles to get the copy, all is great, Quick Trip is now a priority to go to for gas, milk, lottery tickets (I can have hope) they have my thanks.”

“The Meat and Seafood counter at the Hy-Vee in Gladstone 7113 n prospect is the best. Always attentive to there customers. If you are looking for something for what to make for dinner but didn't come with a plan. Stop by the meat counter first. Tell them what you like and the can will advise to options to please your palate. When ever I don't know what to fix I stop and speak with some of the middle aged and older gentleman. The have some pre prepped items like stuffed pork chops or preseasoned chicken or steak fajitas . You just pop them in the oven or skillet to cook.”

“What makes this grocery store different? Why do they stand out? Let me start with this store is the epitome of what all stores should model from customer service down to shelving standards. Employees are not only well knowledgeable about their store, but will take the time to direct you to the exact location, and while in doing so, they do not give you the impression that you are of a bother to them, even though we know we are because they are trying to get their own task done. They also sometimes seem cheery and ready to do so. The many times I been in here, the store has never been in disarray. Even yesterday during thanksgiving, with all the foot traffic the store had, not once did the store or employees seem overwhelmed. Hyvee at Gladstone employees from top to bottom, you guys are where it is at! Keep doing what you are doing. I am sure that all of the people who depend on you greatly appreciate what you do for them/us. Thank you happy holidays!”

“Stopped there for the first time today to buy a pack of cigarettes ?♀️. I shared with the cashier, LeeAnn, that I had quit smoking in November 2021, but was stressed about something and I thought I just had to have a cigarette! Well, LeAnn knew better and talked me out of it. What a fabulous person - she absolutely made my day! While I was there, I also noticed how friendly and personable she was to every customer who walked in. We need more people like LeeAnn in the world, especially during these trying times. “I see there are low reviews for this place and I give it five. I was quite ill at one point and the nurse provider worked me in. She was very thorough and attentive and took full medical background - including all meds and analyzed carefully. She spent time with me and was quite friendly and nice as well as assuring. I got antibiotics - and was able also to get it on site at the pharmacy. She was very friendly and very knowledgable and I would go back and recommend her to anyone. Thanks for a nice experience and I did feel much better after this trip and the medicine prescribed.”

“I've been going to CVS Vivian Road and North Brighton for many many years. They have always been good to me. They explain how to take my medication and and I've had no trouble with the staff. I have moved to Florida. Abd Im having a terrible time getting my prescriptions filled. .”
