This is BY FAR the slowest bank I have ever been to. It takes upwards of 15 minutes just to deposit a check or two. No one greets you when you arrive. You just sit... And wait... Forever. Don't go on a break and expect to be back on time. They need new management or employees or both. Badly

Took coins there for my granddaughter.
I was instructed to dump them into the coin counter
They charged her ten percent of her hard earned savings for the PRIVILEGE of this service.
When I complained the about the
practice I recievied the worst treatment I ever had in my life especially from the manager.
Do not take your business to this bank.Avoid this place like the plague

I was very satisfied with the Commerce bank in Gladstone,because it is more User Friendly to Disabled people....you can do more business thru the Drivee-Thru...Simple things that are Convenient to the Handiicapped and Not Important to an Able-bodied person...Also if you do go inside you are treated courteously by very helpful and knowledgeable workers...

Whenever I visit various branches of Commerce Bank, I notice that their workers always greet me with a smile and ask how my day is going. It's refreshing to see such great customer service, and I make sure to thank them for their assistance. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a positive banking experience.

Just resigned from my position here.I was the only person of color at this branch and Racist comments were made (directly to me) by a staff member who had a history of making them and it was all just kind of swept under the rug by branch management.This branch is consistently understaffed and what staff they do have is overworked and exhausted.Awful experience, awful staffing, horrible and negligent management.Knowing what I know now about how this place operates, would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your banking and investment needs.The best thing they have going for them is free candy and dog treats andThat’s if you can even make it through whatever 20 minute line you’re waiting in to get to the one teller they have working.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I've transferred to this bank about a month ago and within 2 days of having my debit card all my money was stolen out of my account. I have yet to relieve my money back and nobody answers the phones. This place is an absolute joke and I wish I would've never opened an account with them.

Have had an account here for over ten years. They were super nice at first. Seriously feeling let down by service that was disingenuous and felt like gaslighting. Wanted to have some questions answered about closing an account but wanted to know why they started charging fees since the new year on the account first. Was told it was because I set up the account to get paper statements and that I was supposed to transfer $25 into it every month. When the lady talked me into setting up the account I told her to have them deposit the amount needed, it was supposed to auto deposit and they set it up for twenty bucks and paper statements that I don't have on any of my other accounts. Why would I set up an account to deposit 20 bucks and then charge me 8 bucks of it in fees? The teller talking down to me about it was beyond the pale considering I was trying to be patient with her and really didn't want to come in and closed an account they just set up three months ago.
