“I brought my car in after being rerended by an asphalt truck. My car was fairly well damaged and being that it's a hybrid parts are not easy to come by. They stayed in constant communication with me regarding parts arriving, and an estimated time of my car being returned. “Pretty good service, was disappointed they didn't complete the reinstallation of the door panel. Probably because my husband had originally dismantled it. I think good customer service would have at least called to give a heads up, especially since this wasn't a rush job. Otherwise repair was timely and done well.”

My first visit I was up front that I couldn’t purchase, as I was still working through my insurance process and not once did I ever get any pushback or pressure. He followed up with me in the following days, but I wasn’t under constant barrage of calls and texts which was super appreciated. As I came back to purchase, I wasn’t hit with any surprise fees or add-ons to have to negotiate- it was all very transparent and easy. Took almost no time at all and was definitely the easiest part of the nightmare that is totaling a vehicle and working through that whole insurance/new car process. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
