“Do you dread going to the bank? Welp, no reason to dislike going to Security Bank located in Gladstone. I think I will be making up transactions for an excuse to go hang out at this branch! I read reviews of my local banks trying to decide where to open my new account, and I figured there was just extra hype for this Megan Day. Those reviews were accurate, with maybe a little downplay on how great Megan handles her customers.As soon as I walked in, Jody directed me to the famous Megan Day. What better way to review the reviews than sitting directly with the source.Working with Megan, I explained I required a debit card, online banking, and ATM access. She explained they got all those accoutrements along with a professionally fun branch to boot! Trace, the manager on duty showed supportive of his staff and was ready to answer any additional questions. The time it took to open the account felt like me visiting friends for lunch and had a wonderful time.I am so happy to have a bank close to me with a friendly staff and ability to make all sorts of transactions on a multitude of platforms. This bank, particularly this branch location, is highly recommended to any stage of life person looking to open an account. “Customer service is so important, I stopped for gas when I was by one but never made it a priority. I had a job interview and I had a list of things I needed, an hour before I get a text "I forgot I need a copy of your driver's license, I'm panicked, where can I get a copy of it, in the time I had. I call a couple of places and told yes we have a copier but you can't use it, don't care that it's an emergency, then I call Quick trip and the manager says of course you can get a copy, it's an emergency. So instead of going half a mile I need to go 2 miles to get the copy, all is great, Quick Trip is now a priority to go to for gas, milk, lottery tickets (I can have hope) they have my thanks.”
