If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner is so rude and yells at you when you ask a simple question, and I cannot understand anything he's saying because hes literally yelling at you ..There are boxes all over the place and no help from him at anytime with anything. This place is horrible. STAY AWAY!!!

He scams his customers and watch their every move, he even tried to charge an extra dollar because my card declined since it was locked.

The guy is always nice & helpful to me. That's why I like going because he's always ready to help. There are lots of products available as well...although, since the pandemic, there are tons of boxes everywhere...it doesn't stop me from navigating my way through the aisles. Oh & the new hours, open on Sun, is awesome!

The man working or owner ect. Literally made myself and my sister cry today. WE Literally went just to check out wigs as advertised online. He was rude from jump. Never-ending language barrier, but we were planning to s p end hundreds he refused to help us show us anything and flipped on me cause I tried to read the directions on a bottle of dye. Found multiple wigs we wantedto checkout buy whatever need be. But he started screaming at us and told us no no sale to you. Pushed us out the door calling us names and accusing us of stealing. I offered him my 300+ dollar purse to look through laughing at him because it was quite frankly just insane and he's a lunatic. I guess because we're two white girls from platte city we must be trying to rob the man blind. ??? ? This is ridiculous and people like that should all be thrown on an island together with no escape. FORGIVE ME ON THAT JUST STILL VERY UPSET OVER, the absolutely worst experience at any business... PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE older Mean Asian man.

Horrible, boxes everywhere nothing on display. Low inventory too cluttered to shop , I lost interest immediately and left will not return or recommend!

Horrible services! Do not, I REPEAT! Do not come to this store if you don’t already know what you are getting. The man in the picture harassed me from the moment I walked in until shoving me out the door. He said, “ you leave, I busy with orders.” I responded with how am I impeding you from working on orders by browsing in the store? He then continued to repeat that I needed to leave and come back when he wasn’t busy. I am flabbergasted by the way this man just made me feel. All I wanted to do was buy a wig, cap, and ponytail extensions. I was browsing the prices and googling which brands were the best for my buck. I was made feel like I was a criminal that had to be watched and that’s why I had to leave. He shoved me out the door and locked the door behind me. I am a 34 year old Hispanic female who’s a nurse in the military. I am no criminal but apparently for browsing I became one. Man in picture.

Was able to walk in get what I needed and leave in a few minutes. Very nice atmosphere. Cashier was very helpful

Shop owner was incredibly helpful and kind! Offered me a discount on some clip ins, and when I asked for glue he opened more boxes to show me more options as well. He helped me match my hair color correctly and showed me different length options.

Don't shop here. The male owner hardly specks English & he was not helpful when I asked if he could special order a item & he said no & he was rude about it. Plus his prices in his store are way to high & every time u buy certain product, on your next visit he raises the price more.

It's really messy stuff laying everywhere makes you not want to shop there but I did find what I needed the braiding hair was $ 5.99 and it was 42 in so I won't be going back.
