Bought a radiator, my husband installed it. All of the fluid immediately came running out. He tried to return it and the gentleman working there said once there is fluid in it, they cannot return it. How are you supposed to know that this type of part was defective until it’s installed???? Anyway we wasted 150 bucks on a junk part that they refused to return. We bought another on ROC Auto and it has worked perfectly. This along with other parts that we have purchased and the customer service has made us decide we will not be purchasing anything else from Auto Zone.

Purchased a motor mount for a 2016 VW Jetta S. Replaced the old mount with the mount provided by this Auto Zone. Used the service manual and was very careful to follow everything to a T.
Torqueing it down to the specs broke a large hole in the Motor Mount Bracket. This appears to be because the part does not actually fit, as Auto Zone has advertised. This is not a complicated repair and if it did fit properly, no amount of torque would be able to push the center portion of the mount far enough to break a hole in this metal bracket.
Upon returning to the store, they stated all they can do is refund the part. Their part has now cost me an additional part replacement with nothing more than a sorry. The manager even told me to just not buy parts for VW from them. Had I been given that advise when I asked for a part with proper fitment, I would not have purchased the part that has now broken my vehicle instead of repaired it. Attached a picture with the hole and part of the metal pieces that broke off.

Love this location! Awesome customer service! Thomas was very professional and helpful. He was fast, friendly and even changed my battery for me in 91° weather. He had me back on the road in 10 min! Go see Thomas for all of your auto zone needs!

This store is by far the best autozone I’ve ever been to. My 17 year old daughter was having issues with her car and Amber took care of her. They tested the battery and found it needed to be charged. They told her to bring the car back and they would charge it. There was a misunderstanding she was supposed to just bring the battery not the car lol . The manager and amber wasted no time and instead of making excuses they jumped in and helped out and got her battery out for her and charged it up. Turns out bad alternator we could have got it cheaper elsewhere but after the service we rcvd today this is the only autozone slash auto parts store I will shop at thank you again amber and the manager for taking care of my daughter for me.

Just walked in looking for license plate inserts for my bumper with my young son. 1 other customer in store, 5 employees not one greeted me not even acknowledged me, acted as if I wasn’t even present. I went up to the manager, Asian guy didn’t get his name. I said “hey how’s it going?” He said I’m kinda busy right now without glancing up from his computer. I’m Just like ok…. So I proceeded to ask him about the bumper fasteners for my plates. he said “whatever I have is over there with the license plates” pointing his finger while not even glancing up from his computer. not even addressing me or acknowledging me. Very disrespectful. At that point I apologized for disrupting him from whatever was more important then the sole customer in the place besides one checking out. so I walked out and felt like you know what I need to write a review which I don’t think I have ever done. I was treated as if I was a bother and that did not sit well with me. Thanks auto zone!

I highly recommend this location! I had new license plates that I needed help putting on my vehicle. Thomas was very kind and helpful along with the welcoming staff. If you want good customer service this is your place.
