I am a current customer at Arvest and have been for 2 years now. I am so embarrassed of this company and this bank in particular. This company has tge worst banking customer service o have ever experienced. I have my own business so I have many accounts at different banks. Today I say goodbye to Arvest. They will no longer have my service as a paying customer. I am done being lied to, and being charged for unknown reasons that know one can explain. Please be careful with this location in particular they have done some very shady things to me and many of my friends.

Sherri, the Asst Branch Manager was there for us when we needed her with dedication, determination, and ultimately with the result we needed on a banking issue. She was great to deal with and very responsive to our time sensitive need!

I bank at Arvest because they have late hours. However, by the time I get off work and come in during the late hours often the management left, so I can't get things done that I need to. For example, my comes does a fair amount of manufacturing orders where I need to wire money. When management leaves then I can't wire money. The frustrating thing is I can't call to find out if management is there. The only available number is for their call center in Arkansas. Yesterday I drove 38 minutes to this bank and on the way I called the call center to find out if a manager was there. I was on hold and didn't reach anyone until 34 minutes into the drive, then the call center had to call the physical bank to see if there were managers, so I was 4 minutes away before I found out they didn't have any managers on site that could help. Like I said I'm happy they have late hours, it's just this has happened several times with different locations in different towns and it would definitely be mitigated if customers could call the actual bank itself and if the hold times weren't so long.

5 stars for sure! I get the best experience at that particular arvest. Never in there longer than 5minutes! I get the best service in there, as do all of other people that have an account there. All the staff great with kids. I always leave happy& love the staff! They don't judge or treat you wrong in there like northoak trafficway arvest where i was about to close my account how bad they treat me there. Broadway gives me hope! Thank you Broadway arvest for treating my son(2yrs old)& I great in your building! :)
