We had to go to the ER. Dr. Farmer was beyond amazing with a crazy over protective dog owner. That would be me. She and her staff were great.

When your vet gets down one knee to greet your pitbull for the first time having never met him, you know you got a keeper. Found my vet.

The emergency clinic treated me better than I've ever been treated at any vet. They made losing a loved one just a little easier.

Everything was excellent. Making a first appointment and reminders to come in were very helpful. There are dog and cat doors to ensure no commingling or fighting for your pets safety when arriving. The front desk receptionists are very helpful to get your fur baby checked in and in a room to see Dr.Lillie Fitzpatrick. The Dr is very quick caring and compassionate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful Animal Clinic. You will not be disappointed if give them a try.

I have been to a few different animal clinics around KC but this one is by far my favorite. Super short wait time, very kind staff, their veterinarians are excellent. Even the pricing is better here.Highly recommend this place for you cat or dog health needs.

I was here right after midnight 12/1/2023 with my sister, niece and their baby Finn, a gentle giant of a Golden who was brought in for what was thought to be bleeding gums or a bad tooth. The entire staff was on top of the busy night and the Vet was one of the BEST I've watched. she was hoping to be able to help him surgically when dropped off. Unfortunately Finn had an aggressive mouth cancer that pretty much developed a large tumor under his tongue that wrapped around lower jaw and in gum in the past month and it was not operable. After being given a number of options, in a VERY caring manner, but also with the REALITY of the situation, my sis made the decision to let him go before it got worse and more painful. We were given all the time that we wanted and when ready the Doc came in and sat cross legged with the 3 of us on the floor and Finn and explained everything as she did it and exuded such empathy, love, and care the entire time both with Finn AND us humans.I have been a long time customer at MU Animal on N Oak in the Northland and was saddened when they had to close, but now, I have a new place to go to with confidence if/when needed.Thank you so much for all you did for my family and our boy Finn, y'all made an awful situation a little less heavy.I highly recommend this business!

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. There was a little bit of breakdown in communication between vet and techs in the back and the front desk and my myself as to when they were done and we were free to leave. But great overall service.

I have gone to this vet for years- back when Dr. Lary was there. I didn't really mind Dr. Fitzpatrick until yesterday when I took our 2 year old golden retriever in. He has been in 3 times for the same ear infection- which they give him meds for and it never works. Also, he has separation anxiety and I had mentioned this to the vet last time who prescribed him Trazadone. Well that just knocks him out and I dont feel that is very fair to a young dog to want to sleep all of the time. I read about prozac and I know it's way less sedating and helpful as this is something I am on myself, she basically told me to CRATE my 97 lb dog all day while I am at work to protect him from getting into things and us coming home to a dead dog. First off, we don't leave anything out that would harm him, 2nd I crated him for the 1st year we had him and he was even more anxious. So No, I refused to do it and she basically argued with me over 10 minutes implying I am a bad person because I am choosing to try prozac instead of crating my dog for 8-9 hours a day. I hope you read this, Dr. Fitzpatrick. You were extremely rude and unprofessional and you have lost my business. It also doesn't help the fact that your vets office is like a revolving door. I was seeing someone different each time I went...not good. I also will say- I trusted her when she told me it was time to put my pom down, now after reading other reviews, I wonder if I made a huge mistake all those years ago, but too late now...
