We ordered a pizza and were told it’d be ready by 6. Show up at 6 no pizza yet, at 6:20 they say they haven’t started on it yet, give us 20min. Why not say it’d be ready at 6:40?? We have to wait at Casey’s for almost an hour??
A couple weeks ago we go in to pick up a pizza that was supposedly ready and I have to stand there for half an hour because they hadn’t started on it.
What’s so hard about giving the correct time for when it’d be ready

I have ordered pizza twice by calling there phone and using auto order by phone. Both times the pizza had not been started when I got there. Last time I am ordering pizza from them. It takes less time to drive to Harrisonville then wait for them to get my pizza after I get there. Bad service

I almost never have long to wait. I mostly go in for pizza ( let's be honest, who doesn't?) and coffee. My only complaint is they rarely have decaf on hand and I have a heart condition that makes it dangerous to consume caffeine.

I was working and stopped to stretch my legs, the cashier was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was nice. The restroom was clean. I purchased a few things, it was reasonable. All in all a great experience.

Nothing hits the spot on a road trip like a hot piece of pizza from Casey’s! Store was clean, pizza was hot, they also had a sub shop that was open, maybe we will try that next time, it looked good!
