We sold a $3,000 lot at lake viking & we’re charged $458 in fees, we’re treated like 2nd class citizens & we’re not even told none of the amounts even though several attempts were made, until we drove a hour to the office to sign documents.The buyer paid 0DO NOT USE THEM 8 years ago we used the other title place & only paid $30 to buy the same lot.
