Grandma‘s café, you think, great home cooking! Very very wrong in this case! I asked if the homemade hash was any good and the waitress said, “yeah it’s pretty good,I don’t eat it but it’s OK” My 10-year-old Grand daughter could make better, this consisted of frozen hashbrowns with maybe onion and cut up sliced deli corned beef. No flavor at all. No seasoning. Coffee very weak. Pancakes thin and stiff. Had to repeat ourselves numerous times to the waitress. Simple breakfast took almost a half hour with only two table in front of us. Bathrooms smelled like sewage. Was very disappointed! Happy Anniversary to us! Way overpriced for what you got!

I saw the word Grandma's, and we all know grandma's can cook great homemade food. But WOW, is all I can say and not in a good way. The macaroni and cheese wasn't homemade and not even creamy and missing the cheese. It was just yellowish in color on the noddle's but didn't have any type of real cheese anywhere. The chicken livers were overcooked , over breaded and close to being burned and lastly the gravy tasted like it was caned gravy and looked like blob of chocolate on my mashed potatoes. I'll never return to this restaurant Branson, MO area.

When we first got to Branson we went to their previous location only to find it closed. We were heartbroken, but found that they had recently moved to a new (and better) location. While the location changed, the quality of food served hadn't. Great breakfasts and great prices, but be hungry, the portions are large.

We visited Grandmas Cafe on the morning of May 23, While we had a group of 22 people, the service was great and the food was excellent. we were seated very quickly and coffee and beverages were brought promptly. The server was very friendly. our orders were taken and the food was brought out promptly. I would definitely recommend eating at this restaurant.

This restaurant advertises country cooking so I wanted to try it out. So since I try to contribute to local small business restaurants verses large chains during this time. I selected to try the Catfish Dinner with two sides, which I selected the macaroni & cheese , mashed potatoes with brown gravy at Grandma’s Cafe. This dinner was capital H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E the macaroni & cheese was Kraft Box Macaroni & Cheese not even doctored up with some real cheese or even an egg. The mashed potatoes with gravy wasn’t hot more like lukewarm and the catfish was over cooked on the outside and tasted funny. So needless to say I didn’t touch the catfish nor the biscuit that looked like it was left over from breakfast. The best thing ordered was the sweet ice tea and traditional cinnamon roll. I ate the lukewarm mashed potatoes and the Kraft Box Macaroni & Cheese, but I want return ever again when in the area. I left and went to Long John Silvers to get some fish.

Food was horrible. Had the eggs Benedict. Eggs were hard and rubbery. They give you a dab of hollandaise sauce and if you want more it's an extra charge. There are so many better places in Branson to eat don't waste your money here

My husband and I were looking for someplace to eat and kill a little time before the 3pm show and we love home cooking. We got to the almost empty restaurant a little after 1 pm. After 2 pm we still had not been served--we ordered sandwiches and french fries--just before we left the waiter said they are making it now, 5 minutes later brings out the food to the table that ordered AFTER us. We left the money for our tea (tea was good) but never got our food. We won't be going back!!

This place is older and been around for a while, just under different names. The newest name, Grandmas Cafe, brings some good country cooking. We enjoyed some tasty sandwiches that were fresh and done the right way.

A friendly staff, but our waitress and the hostess were the only ones who understood how to wear a mask. Our waitress was a very nice girl but didn't write anything down. Every meal at our table came out wrong. It was a long process, they left the wrong items and brought the right ones. We did a lot of sharing and swapping of right and wrong items to keep the meal going. All of the food was good and we ate far more than we ordred

The cinnamon rolls are epic. Will go back to get one to go. Won’t dine in again because sadly, the service was very poor.

Fun friendly atmosphere. Servers were nice and accommodating. Lots of food will revisit. Next to an antique mall and next to the IMAX great place to hang out.

The chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy are hands down the best I’ve ever had! Real potatoes and real gravy like they make at Grandma’s are so hard to come by. It can take a while to get your food there but that’s because it’s being made and not just reheated like most places. Totally worth the wait!

Friendly staff, a little slow in preparation, all good except very tough pancakes! Even though we pointed it out to Owner, no offer to remove pricing on the inedible pancakes. We have to rate as only fair! Cook or owner should taste test to keep higher quality going!
