This is an amazing library run by smart, talented ladies. I really appreciate their work. It is in an interesting old stone building, previously a church.

I love this library. Peaceful and relaxing place to research, read, and explore local history. The volunteers are wonderful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful friendly staff. Is run entirely on donations so somewhat limited inventory but comfortable, homey, welcoming and warm place to visit.

About Ozark County Volunteer Library
Ozark County Volunteer LIbrary is a non-profit organization operated by a volunteer board and librarians. We receive no tax money and exist solely through donations from individuals and groups. Library cards are free to residents of Ozark County and, for a small fee, to residents of surrounding counties. The library has a good collection of books, audiobooks, and DVDs to loan. Books include fiction, non-fiction, mysteries, inspirationals and westerns. The library also has three computers available for public use for $1 per hour, and can provide printing for a small fee. WiFi is free for users with their own devices. We also have a selection of books for sale: $1 for hardbacks and $0.50 for paperbacks.
