“Passports. Made an appointment here because we couldn't get in elsewhere close. I had made some mistakes in some documents prior to arrival and got a little frustrated with myself. The lady there was awesome, (forgot her name) and she just took my pile of information and made it happen. She was very professional and cordial. Needless to say, we got our passports recently.”
