My car broke down a few years ago. I needed the wheel bearing for my Ford Explorer. Well found a part and it was severely expensive. But the manager on duty who I was dealing with didn't let me know that if I could find the part and match it online they would give me the same price What shipping. Instead I ended up paying over $350 for it instead of the normal $139 plus tax. The only part of this experience that was decent is that that they had the part in stock. Luckily the manager in Peoria Illinois of the O'Reilly store let me know what they should have done and gave me a really big deal and discount on Parts the next time I went into that store. So next time managers if you have a store and you got a client that walks in is broke down on the highway try to work with him because if he's on the highway he's already having a bad day.

O’Reilly is always my first choice for auto parts. I have had their employees go way above and beyond to help me get back on the road in an unforeseen emergency. (This review is not for a particular store but for the company in general).

My mower wouldn't start, I made mistake of going next door where I was told they couldn't help me, so I drove over to O'Reilly and found awesomeness, changed spark plug, starter spray and good to go super fast and friendly like. I won't look next door ever again.

We had an issue with our car while on a family road trip. This was the closest place to test our check engine light and battery. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I’m so grateful that THIS O’Reilly’s is where we ended up. The staff left us with a positive impression of the community of Fulton, MO. Thank you! You made a stressful event manageable and we were able to get home safely.
