Just called and needed to talk to the pharmacist. It immediately puts you through to a voicemail box because their corporate people are idiots. It's becoming unwise to continue getting meds from CVS.

Aren't open listed hours. Apparently no longer open on Saturdays. Sad, as many in the community have utilized this pharmacy for years but are needing a new pharmacy now. We miss Red Cross and their dedication to the community.

An old school pharmacy, not a convenience store with a pharmacy. Go in there, talk to the folks and they'll point you to what you need.

Went for a COVID test on Tuesday. Day 4 on Friday. Still no results. Why offer the tests if you never do the results.

They will not answer the phone and they keep disconnecting the call. I’ve been waiting 4 days for Covid test results and I can’t get ahold of anybody to talk to them about the results. I might lose my job over this, thanks CVS.

The pharmacy is usually great but for some reason the last three times the drive thru has been super slow. 30 plus minute wait to get my prescription.

Do not use for covid testing. Took a test on a monday. after 4 days and no results, the system they use makes it impossible to get ahold of any information. Had to get a second test done at walgreens that gave me my results. Two days later i get a call from a nurse to tell me the test was lost. A week with no pay because their system is faulty. Go elsewhere.

do not use for covid testing. their system lost my test and cost me a week of pay. after waiting the resonable time due to the current surge, i started calling and nobody could give me answers. i went elsewhere to get another test. within two days that got me my results. two days after that a nurse from cvs testing system calls me to tell me they lost my sample somewhere. cost me a week of pay.

Jeff at the Fulton, MO CVS is a RUDE person. If he wants to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE, the need to actually act like he cares what the CUSTOMER has to say instead of cutting them off during a conversation!! And slapping hands down "Order is NOT ready"

The Fulton CVS pharmacy has the friendliest, most efficient staff. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend these guys and will never go anywhere else.
