Just trust me. Horrible service all around. People are wearing ski masks in the store. The manager was supposed to give me a call about an issue I had because she was taking forever dealing with someone else. She never called. Will probably go with one of the other department stores or shop online now.

I give them a one star because of they shipping you pay all this money for them to use usps so tacky when you spend over a thousand dollars on something it shouldn’t take 2 weeks to come

Placed in order in store. Paid for expedited shipping. 11 days later I still haven’t received my order and have been getting the run around and no returned called from Anita regarding retrieving my order or a refund! This is insane!

I was just in the St.Louis MO store having to return 3 Mother of the Bride gowns I ordered on-line. The service was outstanding and personable. I was nervous because I had read some not so glowing reviews, but I had the best experience. Makes me want to go back and shop there more. Well done Saks-St. Louis.

Was there last Saturday 12/09. No one was at the men’s department upstairs to help us with sizes, or find merchandise, the sale rack was disorganized and no one was offering any assistance even when my friend and I was clearly shopping around the department for 15-20 mins.It felt like I was at a macys. Looking for merchandise on our own, self service, the dressing rooms were locked and no one was around to ask for assistance,So we were trying on stuff on the sales floor with no privacy.THIS IS SAKS!!! Not the Macy’s Last Act clearance department.My friend and I felt like riff raff here. The staff was also riff raff with no sense of luxury shopping experience. Please have your men’s department employees review your customer service handbook all over again. And after that, have them REVIEW IT - AGAIN!!!Their training must have taken place at ROSS Chippewa Boulevard, and not at Saks 5th Avenue. Yeah, not good.

2 stars because it’s a beautiful store with some nice inventory. And a solid 2 stars for customer service. The employees at register are acceptably courteous. However, there are minimal to no staff on the floor and the fitting room attendant not friendly or helpful. Seems very understaffed and the majority of the minimal staff seem snooty and not customer oriented. They should take some lessons from the incredible and competent staffs at vineyard vines, lululemon and evereve.

Saks is main stop at Plaza Frontenac. The specialty shop is a main pillar in the mall. Friendly professional personnel.

Mah. Everything there can be had at a discount store for a fraction of the price. Also the so called art pieces are way overpriced and they are not at all good.
