I'd like to give a shout out to JoAnn at the cosmetic/ fragrance counter. She is so nice and so down to earth. Her customer service is wonderful. She makes you feel important and never pressured in to a sale. I'm so happy to now call her my beauty consultant. Thank you Saks and thank you JoAnn. Happy customer ?

I had a sales gentleman by the name of Michael he gave me the greatest experience ever very intelligent guy with the best personality I will be coming back more often because of him. I bought a jacket online - didn't fit. There was one left in the whole Saks system. I'd used a coupon and had mine shipped AND I didn't have the right credit card with me.
Lori took one look at the situation and found a way to get me the jacket I wanted at the crazy low discount I'd been and to get. She even gave me her number so I could call in with the credit card I wanted to use. Excellent and friendly service. Thanks, Lori!

Just trust me. Horrible service all around. People are wearing ski masks in the store. The manager was supposed to give me a call about an issue I had because she was taking forever dealing with someone else. She never called. Will probably go with one of the other department stores or shop online now.

Purchased a few David Yurman pieces for my wife. Met the GM Mrs R. Down to earth, warm spirited. Even though she was Super Busy, she took the time to make me feel important!

I give them a one star because of they shipping you pay all this money for them to use usps so tacky when you spend over a thousand dollars on something it shouldn’t take 2 weeks to come

Placed in order in store. Paid for expedited shipping. 11 days later I still haven’t received my order and have been getting the run around and no returned called from Anita regarding retrieving my order or a refund! This is insane!

whats up with your business hours? January 6, 2024 4.36pm store was closed..Same thing happened couple of weeks ago. At least change your hours online so people know.

I was just in the St.Louis MO store having to return 3 Mother of the Bride gowns I ordered on-line. The service was outstanding and personable. I was nervous because I had read some not so glowing reviews, but I had the best experience. Makes me want to go back and shop there more. Well done Saks-St. Louis.
