Did a wonderful job on cleaning my King size comforter and it had stains on it and they actually got all of it out and very good customer service highly recommend this place

Not professional at all, after taking multiple items to this place, I had a bad experience when she cleaned white jeans for me. They came back with yellow stains & she told me that it was my fault because the pants had leather patch & stated that patch bleed through on to the jeans. Had them cleaned multiple times until the spots came out. When the jeans were taken to be “ cleaned “ the jeans were brand new, never worn , I took them there to basically have them pressed. She removed a leather patch from the belt loop area now it won’t stay on the jeans. $300 jeans. Still giving her business after this mixup, she refuses to clean my items because she stated “ my items always have issues “ no accountability & just rude. The entire point of a cleaners is to have them cleaned professionally.Service: Organic dry cleaning

They completely destroyed an extremely expensive dress and refused to pay damages. I would never recommend them to anyone.
