FRONTENAC Louis vuitton is the worst. I'm a frequent shopper at Louis vuitton. Went there today to buy my birthday bags, was faced with the worst shopping experience ever.Very disappointing. I had my adviser Courtney but she wasn't interested in helping me and rubbed on her energies to the others. Totally shocked by the entire experience, they were so cold and rude.The worst Louis vuitton ...Pls do something about the staff to make our shopping more Enjoyable ..??

the worst louis vuitton experience ever. The staff is incredibly rude, cold and arrogant. I’ve seen so many reviews about the terrible staff. They act like don’t want to do their job. This needs to be looked into.

Spent a chunk of money here over the years and when I had an issue, I was not taken care of. Spend your money on a luxury brand that stands behind their products and takes care of their clients.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They semi nice while you making a purchase but God forbid you come back with any issues. Staff here so does management need a propertraining how to be a sales associate at luxury store like Louis Vuitton.I will remain to shop online. It’s much better to deal with sales representative online.

My boyfriend just went into the store tonight. We knew exactly what bag I wanted and ready to buy it. Not one worker welcomed us, looked at us, or helped us. So we walked out after waiting for help for twenty minutes ??♀️

They always take care of me every time I stop by so I have no complaints. Just wish they would have everything online in store in bigger sizes.

My recent experience in this store was a good one. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. They answered my questions and did not try to over sell me. I read many of the previous reviews and have to admit that I was cautiously optimistic but I quickly felt welcomed and was well taken care of. I also took note of how they interacted with other customers and this store had a nice vibe. I will shop here again.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Was given a bag as a gift went to exchange 60 days later bag still in box with original receipt. Was told that it have to be exchanged within 30 days, even though I had planned to buy a bag that day at a higher value. then continue to say if it had been 40 to 50 days they would've made an exception but it 60 days they can't. My friend, and I traveled two hours to the store, both planning on buying bags but do not plan on to now ever purchasing a Louis Vuitton from them .

I've been to this location twice and have never had any issues with store personnel. Also, glad that they carry a decent inventory also.
