“I love my car and generally take care of it myself. So when issues come up that I can't fix, taking it to the mechanic is always severely anxiety inducing. RPM diagnosed my problem (in minutes), provided the fix, pointed out a few other problem areas (offered to fix those, but they're things I'd prefer to do myself), and were able to perform some much needed preventative maintenance that I don't have the skills or tools to do.
They know what they are doing and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I love that they provided me with options of each individual item they could perform, why, and let me choose which ones to do. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely stellar experience at Maine Stain Custom Auto Detailing and Car Wash! The exterior hand car wash and dry service was exceptional. You won’t get a better wash at those chain conveyer belt drive through washes. The attention to detail was impressive, and everything was cleaned and dried. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire process enjoyable. The price and just over 45 minutes wait were well worth it. If you're looking for a top-notch hand car wash, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! Just look at the picture!!!!!”

“The owner runs her business out of her garage in South County. I didn't feel a hit and run mobile service could do as well as a brick and mortar place. I was not disappointed. The interior was covered in baking soda from an attempt to remove smoking odors, which failed. She removed all traces of both baking soda and smoke with an ozone treatment. My 2014 Fiesta looks and smells like new inside.”

“It was easy to set up an appointment for detailing and they got me in immediately upon arrival. They performed a very thorough cleaning job on my Odyssey, inside and out, including shampooing the trunk, which had experienced a spill amd smelled a bit dank before arrival. I was out the door in about 75 minutes. The price was reasonable. The customer service was good. I left extremely happy with the job done and I would definitely return. Zero complaints.”
“Brad has sprayed the beds of two trucks of mine, the previous one he did in 2001, and my new one in 2019. He is a scientist with that Rhino Liner bed spray. It is a VERY tough bed spray and I am so satisfied with it I can't see myself ever recommending another type. Brad also is an excellent outfitter and knows exactly where to go and what to do. I highly recommend this business.”

“If you need any kind of auto body work done in St. Louis, go to Auto Art Collision and Restoration Center!They have been wonderful with me when I recently needed estimates for some minor damage to my husband's car. And today, when I came in to get an estimate on a couple of dull spots on the hood of my new 2024 Hyundai Venue, they were very attentive and fixed it on the spot.Even better? They didn't charge me a penny for buffing it out. I will be more than happy to spend MANY MANY pennies with them!I cannot recommend them highly enough, and Will is a great employee who really works hard to understand your needs and gives it to you straight how they can help.It's on Northrup right off of South Kingshighway on the north side of I-44. “I’ll leave another review when I receive my car after service, and I don’t mean to comment too early, but I have never had a better experience in this industry. Travis (and all employees here) is extremely considerate, well-informed, patient, and understanding. He took the time to answer my 5+ voicemail messages, is easy to contact, and has helped me through the entire process of finding a discontinued part from a dealer. He is extremely patient and will explain any issue in extreme detail modified to the industry knowledge of the client he’s talking to. He got me in quick and was flexible with the drop off time despite not being booked on the schedule. He checked my crashwrap seal to make sure it would last until service multiple times, and diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes from me walking in the door. I love this place! Will recommend to everyone and am very excited to see how my car looks after service… I’ll keep you all posted (:”

“I just started using Giannini's Auto Service and I'm so glad I did. They are wonderful. I just had my car in for service because I'm taking it on a trip and thank goodness I took it to Giannini's. They did a complete trip check on my car and found several things that needed attention before I took it on a trip. They fixed everything in one day and provided me with a list of several fluids that should be replaced when I return from my trip. I've had my car checked before every trip I take but never checked as thoroughly as Giannini's did for me. They're been in business for a long time and their expertise and customer service is why. They are also great on communicating with their customers. I got a welcome letter after the first time they worked on my car along with a complete packet of their services and they keep me informed about when they would be finished with my car. “Would absolutely recommend this place. I took my new Integra Type S for a ceramic coating and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. They kept me updated with pictures throughout the whole process, so that I could both see that they do indeed perform every step that they claim to, and so that I could keep an eye on the car like it was my child spending their first evening with a new babysitter, which I very much appreciated. Jim, the owner, met me personally when I picked the car up and has kept in touch with advice and products to use so that I can care for the coating at home.IMHO, it is absolutely worth the price to have a professional install - but only if you know they will actually take the time to prepare the paint properly before applying the coating (that's where the cost really comes from, or should) and they definitely did that while also providing excellent, personal, customer service.”
