No nonsense, in and out, only place I could get my hurt puppy in after speaking to another vet all weekend long. Way better than any St Francois county vet

We’ve been taking our animals up here for years.
Walked in the door this morning and they told me to get out! I’m still not sure why but she said we will come out to you.
So I went outside in the cold and she came out and said “What do you want?”
“What do I want?” I said, “well I’m here to give you some money.”
Yeah seems they sent a bill for a $149 farm visit and while we thought we’d paid it long ago. Maybe we didn’t it was our mistake. But rather than send us another bill or statement, or a quick phone call they sent it to a collection agency so it can go on our credit report!
One call is all they had to make. Just one.
So you figure ok I’d stop in and pay this real quick and apologize for the oversight, but wow I don’t think I’ve seen such full throttle rudeness from any professional business. So I handed her a card while standing in the parking lot and she returns inside for a minute and some back out hand me a receipt and walks back inside without another word. Just about the rudest thing I’ve really ever seen outta someone.
Now then I look back at the time you put my dog on Trifexis and it nearly killed him and I’m thinking maybe I shouldn’t have been so cool about that.
Now then I’m looking at that big favor you did by coming out to the farm and checking on my sheep that died the next day and I’m thinking hmm maybe they could have actually called me back with a diagnosis instead of me having to track you down.
Now I’m thinking maybe I should have listened to to my neighbors and been taking my animals up to the folks on 72 Hwy these past years.
Do you guys deal with animals like you do people? And I boarded my dog here?

Had to rush my dog there cause she broke her nail and was screaming. It was supposed to be an emergency visit but they ended up not charging us for that

The knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff is a great asset to our community! The facility is cozy, clean, and easily accessible. They have done a wonderful job of taking care of our veterinary needs; close to home, and people we can trust with the lives and health of our animals.
