Recommend staying here: YesComfortable beds, clean everything, superb breakfast. Ciara and Tyler were great hosts - professional and friendly!Rooms: Consider bringing a fan with you if you like a cool room. In February, our room was a bit warm overnight and the thermostat settings could not make it cool. Because the windows do not open, it was too warm. Other than the temperature, the room was great.Noteworthy details: There is an excellent walking/running trail in the beautiful woods adjacent to the hotel. It is about 2.7 miles if you do the full circle.

I’ve been living here for months an my air conditioner has always blew out cool air when I had the air conditioning on. Lately, when I turn on the air conditioner it only blows out hot air which is so inconvenient when you have to sleep in a hot stuffy room. I should have the ability to have the air or heat on whenever I desire, I’ve never heard of these rules when it came to a hotel room. Maintenance isn’t wiling to do anything nor any other staff member . I have been shrugged off and told to go out an just buy a fan. I am now left to sleep in a hot muggy room with sweat dripping every night and day. This is honestly ridiculous an I will complain until it gets fixed

Front desk was kind and accommodating but that was all I saw the 4 nights there. No roomservice, towels or most importantly no refills on the coffee. Anything needed was at the administrative building on the other side of the complex. Rooms were clean though smells like a barracks.Walkability: If attending any training at MSCoE it's walking distance.

Room was fine. Noise (loud music, people screaming, etc) is a major problem. I was woken up most nights by someone blasting music, often after midnight. If you have other options, I’d choose this as a last resort. The convenience of being on post isn’t worth it.

Nothing to use in the kitchenette area but a styrofoam cup so if you plan on cooking bring your own stuff. I hated that the light in the bathroom also turned on the fan. I was two rooms from the door to get into the building and all I could hear was people going in and out all night long so I didn't sleep much. Very dark at night and hard to see building numbers. For some reason maintenance came to my door at 1015 the next day and said he was just checking rooms and wanted to make sure lights were working and I didn't need anything, weird! He didn't go to any other rooms. Breakfast was mediocre and they had no milk that day for cereal. Just a sign on the machine that said they was out. Having Breakfast and registration in a separate building is inconvenient. Overall very noisy. Had better stays off post for better prices.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable! The layout was very accommodating. Breakfast was adequate. Only downside was the coffee supplies were not refilled. I’d definitely stay there again!!

The way the AR for candles is in the room, I think policy #73, noise control, should be in rooms as well. Too many folks are screaming and slamming doors all night. The front desk staff does nothing about it.Squatty potty’s would be nice in the restrooms. Most parents don’t travel with those. In building 3212, room 221, the deadbolt hardly works. The door isn’t aligned for the deadbolt to function properly, you have to pick up and wiggle to door until it finally works. In building 3213, where I stayed my first week, the water tasted moldy. But in building 3212, I noticed all the taps have MAJOR hard water build up. I had to scrape my shower head in 3212 so the shower would actually shower down on me and now spray the walls because the hard water build up was so bad.Didn’t seem like my room got vacuumed before I got it…I found a piece of broken glass on the floor. Definitely didn’t vacuum my room. And a bunch of nasty stuff crusted on the tub…Put some damn cutlery in these rooms my god. At least plastic. And why have a stove but no pans??The water pressure in 3213 is perfect. The water pressure in 3212 will take your skin off.The bath faucet in room 221 in building 3212 just dumps water every 30 minutes or so. Very annoyingThe hinges are coming off the door for room 221 in building 3212There were 2 ladies doing the housekeeping in building 3212 that would not stop openly taking at such a high volume about their breasts, bowel movements, and the sexual Intercourse they were having. Highly inappropriate conversions. Especially at work. Especially to be spoken about so loud in the hallways, right in front of guests doors, where everything can be heard.

Needs to be better.I know it's a location used mainly by military but the rooms are not up to Holiday inn standards.Rooms: Loud fans and very poor noise insulation.

I stayed at this location back at the end of February but had forgotten to leave a review. The staff was super friendly and the room was great! I loved my stay and the attentiveness of the front desk staff. I had to go over a couple times to ask for some assistance and they were incredibly kind. The breakfast in the morning was also great too, definitely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.Rooms: The bed was extremely comfortableSafety: Doors are only accessible with key cards

Worst hotel on Post. Don’t try to taking a shower because your alarm will go off in the room from the steam. The cleaning person unplugs the bathroom exhaust fan when they come to clean once a week. The maintenance person usually takes 30 minutes to 12 hours to reset the alarm. The don’t vacuum. The hotel should change from styrofoam to paper because you can’t microwave styrofoam.
