Waiting for food here is crazy, weather it's dining in or pick up you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes on food..this is FAST FOOD! There's no sense of urgency during rush hour the staff acts as if they're lost and overwhelmed. Most of the time they're understaffed especially on weekends when the soldiers are out. That is very poor management. I would say get it together but it's been like this for a few years now. The drive thru is bad too, 2 lanes and only 1 is open most of the time. At this point just close it down ??

This BK location on FT. LWOOD Is severely under staffed! Management needs to hire more employees. It should not take 20 min to receive my order for 1 meal and on top of that my food is rushed and thrown in the bag!!! I also noticed Door dashers are waiting for just as long, if longer! GET IT TOGETHER, SERIOUSLY. ?

I am very disappointed with this Burger King. They close earlier than the posted hours, and I have been turned away three times out of four when I tried to order. The one time I did get my food, the fries were cold and soggy. This is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes and not once did a worker acknowledge me or the vehicle in front of me that drove off after a wait that lasted no telling how long. The driver thru workers was just standing at window not doing anything. Think this is by far the worst place to ever try and get food.

I've been here three times. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes, and all three times I as overcharged. I'd order something that's 7.89 and end up paying 11

They are really slow at taking orders, this hasn't been the first time I have waited 10 +minutes to have my order taken. Their was one car infront of me when I pulled up and they waited a few minutes before I pulled up to the intercom I waited about 10 minutes and had 3 cars behind me when they finally took my order 5 minutes after the car infront of me recieved their food. I'm really disappointed in the slowness if the drive thru order taking. Only having 30 minutes of a block for my break and waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get my food really sucks and the parking lot was empty.

Literally turned away for trying to order 5 hash browns without calling ahead. Have had multiple units say that they have refused to take their order even for four people because they didn't call ahead. Shouldn't even be allowed on the installation. Their values of service do not align with the population they are their to serve.

have on stock what's on the menu. went in for the $6 your way and didn't have it. ordered a whopper Jr and got a crappy burger missing toppings.

They haven't finished the renovation. It's not the fault of the manager but the contractors. They were out of food but again when I spoke with the manager the shipments haven't been right.

I hardly ever go so today I decided to call to make sure they were open since it’s 0730 on a Saturday. In a snarky tone she replied, “what” so I repeated “I am just making sure you’re open before I head over there” she very rudely said “we open at 8”. and hung up on me. Why would customers want to give them business. Customer service SUCKS!

The quality of food is good, just don’t go there if you are running late to somewhere. They only do a couple orders at a time in the drive through and it seems like they really do take their time to get orders out. Aside from that, the service is okay and the food is fresh.

Why would a "fast" food restaurant put someone on drive thru or register that does not speak fluent and intelligible English. Nice lady but not able to understand simple orders. Extremely slow service.
