They had the transmission delivered and swapped in my car the same day I had it towed to their shop vs. the other shop's month long wait. And they saved me almost $3000!After picking the car up, we found another issue on the way home (an issue the first shop missed twice), I called Firestone, and they took it right back the next morning.
