I called and spoke with Carla, most disrespectful and unpolite postal worker. I have come across at this location.
I have never had a problem in the past with previous workers they have always been amazing and provide great customer service! But the most disrespectful person that works there is CARLA!

I call my local office and can never get past the automated system. I've tried several times to get a live person on the phone and failed because their options don't have what I need to get to the right agent.

The post office in Forsyth Missouri is the worst I have ever dealt with. I wish Amazon would not ship through the post office. Absolute worst service. I would rather pay more to FedEx or UPS, they deliver on time!!!!!!!!

USPS is trash. Forced to put a box on Shadowrock if we want one or we have to pay to have a PO Box. It'll remain 1 star until they stop raising postal rates while refusing to actually service areas.

This is a great little post office! The postmaster seems like a great guy and the crew have been professional every time I’ve visited. Not to mention the prices are always cheaper than the competition.

I think it’s sad that my elderly, ill health parents have begged the county to move their box across the highway at home so they do not have to risk their life every single time they have to check mail. They have to play frogger in crazy, inconsiderate, high speed drivers and I believe one day the post office will have a lawsuit on their hands after an unnecessary death due to always telling elders it’s not convenient for delivery driver’s to relocate

I have called 5 times. The mailman leaves my mail,but doesn't shut my mailbox. I mean it's not rocket science. I've had packages and they still leave it open.post master always says oh oh I'll fix this

I stopped by to drop off a package in a repurposed priority mail box, which I've done before and was told it isn't a problem. I asked for shipping options and the postal employee, Candice, bluntly said "If it is in a priority box, it will ship priority." I told her I had shipped them before and...I couldn't even finish my sentence because she cut me off saying "NO! If it's a priority box, it shipped priority." So, I took the package back as she tossed me my receipt. It wouldn't have mattered if I needed to rebox it, this whole situation could have easily been avoided if she had simply explained the policy, without being rude and condescending.The workers at this location are generally very nice and I especially understand how hectic their jobs must be due to the pandemic, but being barked at without provocation is where I draw the line. We've all had hard times, and have had to smile through a lot. But that's why it's especially important at this time. I've worked in customer service throughout the pandemic, and if I treated a customer like this, I wouldn't have a job.I hate to write this review for one person, because it is not a reflection on the rest of their staff. In fact, I'd never even seen her at this location before, and haven't seen her since. I tried calling the post office several times and looked into how to file a customer complaint and found nothing of help, so I've changed my review from 1-star to 4-stars since I'm fairly certain she doesn't even work at this location.Candice, whatever location you are at, or whatever industry you choose to work at in the future, if you're going to be miserable hag to your customers, do us all a favor and don't work in the service industry.

They are nice but they open really late every day. The window says Monday through Friday 8:45 it’s 9 am and it’s not open. This is everyday

Don't try to call them and if you go in for any reason be prepared to wait for the employees to finish their conversation before they come to the front to help you. Also, they continue to fold my paperback books to put in my box that specifically say Do Not Bend.

This post office Wouldn't even print off a return label I never had a post office not do that. It was a return to amazon. Usually I go in to one and they would scan the bar code and print it off for me But not this post office. Ugh
