I moved and had too much stuff and needed a place to store the overflow. Found a unit empty that day and was able to get stuff in the same day

When I rented my first unit I got it right away with no problems. A week later I tried to rent a second unit and I spent three days trying to get a second unit and the answering service was not helping me. Finally, I got a call back from the main office on the fourth day and finally got a second unit.
