I have had to help with my Mom’s account three times do to her memory and her granddaughter and great granddaughter finically abusing her, once at the branch Kimberley, I will never ever go there again, but the lady at Forsyth branch Caren Combs has help my Mom and myself twice now and was treated kindly and with respect both times, I would highly recommend the Forsyth branch for your banking needs

I have banked with Southern for years now and have never had an issue!I walked into this branch since it was the closest one to me with a simple issue that could’ve been taken care of with just a little bit of paperwork.Instead of giving me the opportunity to do the paperwork they decided to tell me I was the one who was wrong and not even look into the situation! The lady I was trying to work with was very unprofessional mouthy and just plan out rude with in minutes of me trying to explain to her she clearly, did not want to do her job and just mouth off! Within minutes, I decided to withdraw all the money out of my account and go elsewhere! With the experience, I had I will definitely not be reopening an account at this facility!

Not bad there systems go down a lot. And funds have to be located from time to time. Honestly just think they are under staffed.

We recently opened an account in your Forsyth branch as we have a home both here and in Ozark. Your employees were met with constant computer issues in opening the account as well as issuing a debit card. When I walked in, a teller was standing at her window, but told me she was with someone else (drive through). I think you need one teller designated to welcome and handle walk-in business. Hoping your Ozark office functions better.

I live on 248 and Branson hills park.way and bank clear in Forsyth . Not very good for commuting, but the costmer service makes up for the trip.!!! Everyone I have delt w at Forsyth location are very good w people ,and helping . BEST professional customer service that actually try to go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy and pleased .
