My mother went in to get her prescriptions and not even moments later she came out crying. The amount of disrespect they have towards customers they don't know is unbelievable. she couldn't handle the rudeness from the people and walked out. if I ever go back there It will get to the point where I'll will act the same way they act towards me. treat people how you wanna be treated jerks!

They R GREAT!! So helpful. And the store also has greeting cards, very necessary 4 me since family/friends all live out of state; I don't have 2 drive all the way to Branson. Yea!

They won’t fill a prescription because they “loose money” which is completely understandable… however the body language/rudeness from the male pharmacist as he informed me he “refused” to loose money over it was completely uncalled for. I wanted to try switching to a smaller pharmacy in my community to avoid the larger chains but I won’t be doing that now.

My experience here has been frustrating. It's hard to find good customers these days and this place is no exception. Very unprofessional and down right rude with no regard for their community members. I shouldnt say all of them are rude and unprofessional but 2 of them in particular. I think these 2 have a power trip over having controll of peoples medication. I know it sounds crazy but I get that vibe through their choice of words, tone and facial expressions.... Good Customer service isnt hard to perform, a kid fresh out of high school can master it, yet these full grown adults cant or dont want to. .my last time going in was an experience of total disrespect. If you can go somewhere else in Forsyth to get your meds I suggest you do so. I think they are only nice to people they've known or worked with for a long time.

Doc prescribed me a 10ml vial, I was contacted by this pharmacy saying it was ready for pick up with cash price given. Husband ran by and picked up bag for me only to find out pharmacist took the liberty of changing docs prescription to only a 1ml vial but charged me the price of 10ml vial! Without notifying me of any issues, this was just cruel and a definite price gouge. Had someone communicated an issue I would’ve gone elsewhere and since my husband just picked up without any known issues, pick up means no return. Told by close friend that this pharmacy had great service and accommodating but now find out every other pharmacy in Branson sells a minimum of 2ml for $13 to my 1ml for $45 here. I’ve since then learned pharmacist here is all about the $$ and I learned that the hard way. Any ladies & gents optimizing through BHRT, this is not the pharmacy for you, years behind the protocols.
