I don't even know why the store has a working phone. You can't ever call and get anyone to answer. It's always busy. I just called 49 times in a row. This is bull..... I went in and bought an Xbox Platinum one month subscription. I waited an hour and 45 minutes. Put the card on and it tells me. It can't be processed because the card is not an active card. So I went back up there. They tell me there's nothing they can do so I bought another one and once again I get the message. It's not an active card. This needs to be fixed.
This place is turning into more of A.
Stick up joint, then a store. I used to be able to go into that store and have no problems but the employees Have gotten real lazy lately as far as customer respect And customer care..., One employee told me that I could be reimbursed for my money. Or another card scan and then the other employee told me neither one was possible. In a very, very rude tone. I want my money back.This is not right,?

Really disappointed. My husband and I go up to the register and the girl gave us a nasty look… she rang up ONE THING and looked at the other cashier and TOLD HIM to finish ringing us up because she needed to go outside to smoke a cigarette.Before we went up to her register she was talking to I’m assuming one of her friends. So, it’s not like we were interrupting her WORK. I usually don’t have issues with this store and the cashiers are extremely sweet. But she was pathetic.
