Lighting is poor, don’t plow snow in the winter, also don’t remind you before your payment due only a day later when you paid late fees. Going up in price yearly too. Car was broken into July 2022/ radio stolen.

This storage area was gated. However the road to get to the lot had huge rocks that damaged my Rv. The lady at the office was great and no problems there. Would be very careful getting to the lot. Also it is basically a field so would do a lot of mouse prevention.
