If Ehl's has the equipment you need, buy it there (not from a big box store). I had an issue with a new mower that required repairs under warranty. They turned it around in under 48 hours. I can't say that'd be the case for everyone, but I was satisfied. Had I bought it from a big box store, I'm sure it would have been a much more complicated and lengthy process.”

“Went here for warranty work for century jeep. The repair started to rust after 2 years. Went back and they told me they weren't going to guarantee their own work even though it says all their work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Update - Changed to 4 stars. They got ahold of me and are now fixing it.”

“Very professional staff. I felt assured they were not adding items to get fixed that did not need addressing right away. A thorough check was done, learned of items to pay attention before my 100K service, my lugnuts that need replacing right away, and of my cabin filter that needed replacing. After all, my oil change was needed but its important to keep other items in check for health and safety. In the end, one part was rushed for next day service and they accepted payment over the phone to accommodate the delayed car pickup. I would highly recommend using this service department for your vehicle checkup and services.”
“Let me just say the men who work at this shop are heaven sent. We was in a bad situation with our tire popping in Missouri, and we was just passing through to go home to Colorado and we was stuck with no help or no way to get out the state with our tire being on a rim. We happened to find this shop and they didn’t give up on us and helped until we found a solution to get back on the road, they was nice and no complaining and the price was affordable and he was just so pleasant to my family!!! “I haven't bought anything there, but I broke down at noon two days ago with a flat tire across the street from them. I was on the way to hospital for a 1:20pm arrival for a procedure, and it's about an hr drive. I walked in and told them what happened, and asked for a ride back to my house in order to get another vehicle. The man was eating lunch. He got up right away, and hopped in his pickup. He drove me to my house 8 minutes away. I tried paying, but he wouldn't accept. He also let me park my car on his property. I was walking through the hospital main entrance at 1:30pm, and had my procedure done. I told this story to all my nurses, and doctors, and they were amazed at the kindness shown. Thank you!”

P. S. They also notified me of a broken leaf spring that was missed by another company that did my inspection. A broken leaf spring is a dangerous situation and could have caused my work van to crash possibly on the enter state which could have been deadly! Thank you Walmart auto center for all the help today. The manager in the Auto center is running a great crew. Thank you, Tim.”
