This is the 2nd time I've been there this month. They need help! I waited 20 minutes in line for someone to help me in customer service and another 15 minutes for help in the jewelry dept.
The door rep and security tried to assist me by calling for help but after no one came in 15 minutes I fanally went to find help. After asking 3 employees who were working in different areas, they said none of whom had keys to open the display.
There were 7 watches on sale for $5 each, finally am older lady and young lady came to help me
She said she had to take them up to check out and couldn't give them to me. So I said fine. When I got to the register I didn't see the watches so I forgot all about them. They were door prizes for my senior groups. I called 4 times to ask for help but nobody answered!! I hope they're still there! HELP!

6/4/2024 around 8:30 pm. I went to Walmart to pick up 1 item. The employee-Male by the name of Kim was working in Electronics.. The customer before me seemed to have him agitated because he didn’t have enough to pay for his items. When my turn came Kim was being rude for no reason. I’ve seen him quite a few times and he just seems mad all the time, and not approachable at all to ask questions. He definitely could use some customer service training because all I asked if they carried an item. He started getting loud, shaking his head, and said very harshly, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He needs to learn not to allow his bad attitude from the negative interaction that he had with a previous transfer to the next customer. That’s not a good look for the company.
I don’t understand why the handheld scanners never work at the North Lindbergh location. It’s such an inconvenience when we have heavy items. Also, the employees there are rude, and they get mad when you try to ask them a question. Not customer friendly at all. Very poor customer service.
