Neighborhood Store. Ample parking. Store well lit, spacious and clean . Pharmacy prescription, Covid and flu shots available. Good liquor sale. Pricey for otc medicine . Staff friendly . Will be back I'm sure.

45 minutes on hold with the pharmacy.. Two different times as I hung up after the first time waiting. Seriously, I drove up there while still on hold, and literally no one in drive thru line. Terrible service and no customer service skills at all.

PHarmacy Tech was rude was on hold 10 mins. Just fir a question, asked to speak to pharmacist she had attitude left me on hold 3 more mins. Never came back to the phone let it ring 14 times then picked up and hung up again

I wish I could give this store less than one star - it has SO many negatives. The pharmacy - hope you don't need your prescription for a few days. Yes, you heard me right. They can take 3-4 days to fill a simple, in-stock prescription. They are not short staffed, but Walgreens doesn't give them much labor. It's just a nightmare buying anything at this store.

They have been very short staffed lately but have been working very hard and I have to give them credit! The original pharmacy techs are great and the newer ones are trying their best. It's a busy location and customers here aren't always the kindest. Keep in mind everywhere you go they are short staffed and over worked. Please be kind!!

I would give this a -1 star if I could! Horrible MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY MANAGER!!!!! And it’s untrained lying techs in the pharmacy. It took two days to receive the medication that my child needs everyday! There was no urgency, no apologies no solution. They called to cops on me just because they kept making errors on my child’s medication and I refuses to leave without it!!! The attitude was “it is what it is!” WARNING!!! BE CAREFUL IF YOU NEED RELIABILITY & TRUST !!!!

Bad experience: Associates denied permission for real buying loyal customers to use the restroom. I called for help and waited for store employee to come; however, my bladder gave up and I was dripping wet all the way down my pants.Beware of this location. I think they are not trained for work ethics and professionalism!

Absolutely terrible , my son’s prescription was called in at 745 am, still nothing at 11 am, doctor called two more times no answer and left two messages. Still nothing at 3pm, i called up there was in hold for 1 1/2 and was hung up on 3 times. My husband went up there to ask about my son’s prescription which was liquid amoxicillin at 5pm said they could have it ready by Monday, this was a Saturday when this all happen. my son has strep and needed his medication, can’t wait two more days for that. Drove to CVS and his doctors had to transfer it , this happened 10 min before their closing time and they were so nice and had it done asap. Just go to CVS , Walgreens has gone down hill.

I put in refill on the app on 09/07/2022 said prescription would be ready by 1 pm, I put the refill in at 9 am. I went to work came home actually forgot about the refill, I usually go to the Ferguson location and they constantly update me on the prescription. At 6 it showed refill was still processing. I tried to transfer to another pharmacy and that pharmacy had issues processing, because when I cancelled at Grandview location it didn't go through. I called Grandview location the next day and it says still processing. I tried to talk to someone after being on hold for 5 minutes someone picked up and said please hold and never returned to the phone. I am doing chemotherapy and need to take this medicine before each treatment, but there is always an issue at least at the Ferguson location I was updated. After this refill I will be going to CVS or Schnucks. Just poor customer service when dealing with people medication.
