We had to have our doctor call a perscription into this location when our usual Walgreens pharmacy was closed for several days recently. After 16 days, my husband is STILL not able to get his medication! Our doctor's office responded to their requests for more information several times without results. At the end of this fiasco, the pharmasist hung up on me when I voiced my displeasure with their service. After 30 years with Walgreens, we're taking our business to CVS.

Pharmacy is always understaffed. Hour-long lines just for them to say your prescription isn't ready. Drive through is never open.

If you scheduled a vaccine up here, call first and make sure they actually have them. I went up here for my booster shot, but once I got there I was told that they were out of stock. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30. Early enough to get one before they ran out, but late enough so that if they did they would have enough time to notify me. The employees said that they had been out for awhile and that there was a shortage. What can I do with that information? I sure can’t get my time or gas back with it. If you know that you don’t have something, notify the company so that they can notify the customers before they send out confirmation texts and reminders.

The pharmacy staff is awesome. They work very hard to help with my constant Insurance complications
