Called this pharmacy and was placed in hold queue. Then after making it all the way down to the next caller in line- they picked up the phone, placed it back on hold, then left for the day. The only reason I knew they were gone is because I called the actual store and was told by the manager that they had already left. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service that we receive at the Walgreens pharmacies in north county. We as customers/patients deserve way better than the disrespect we are issued by those who apply for these jobs on the false pretenses that they are here to help.

Had an appointment for a COVID shot. Had already completed the form online. Arrived 5 minutes early. Was told to stand in line. Waited 20 minutes before we got to the front of the line. Was told to have a seat and wait. Then 10 minutes later they took a walk-in instead of us! We left without being served. Having an appointment was worthless, and so was the service.Over the last two years this pharmacy location has gone rapidly down hill, as I have heard about other Walgreens locations. After decades of business, they no longer provide anything close to adequate service. Time for a change.

this store nearly gave me the wrong vaccination. i scheduled the vax online and told the tech directly which vax i was there for. the pharmacist never came to speak with me so i walked away from the store. tried to call the pharmacist but they put me on hold and then dropped the call. i have notified the walgreens main office. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

Customer service has really gone downhill. My prescriptions go unfilled weeks after I put them in. And only way to speak to someone is to go to the store as they refuse to answer the phone (2 plus hours hold time).

Just went to pick up prescription in the drive thru. The Pharmacy tech was very helpful I mentioned having trouble with my online account and she offered to take care of it for me. I was in and out in a flash.

Personal in the Pharmacy department care for customers!! Thank you guys for helping me out. The clinic I went refused to sent the RX prescription to Walgreens, so this guys took their time and they patiently called this clinic and got everything for me. Awesome service!

I am fan of this Walgreens store! I like that the store is well organized and stocked with everything you would need . The staff and service experience was good! I am always in need of eyecare supplies! I only use the natural products from this store! The selection for supplies are great here! The parking lot has plenty of space for parking! My overall experience was good! I will return! Gloria~
