My experience with the Verizon off of Lindbergh & Halls Ferry was superb. I thought I had inadvertently lost some very important information on my phone and was feeling really bad about it- like sick to my stomach bad. But after I assaulted the agent, Arlando with an A, for telling me the info was lost never to be seen again (not really, I just sort of punched him in jest), Superwoman Summer came to the rescue and was able to magically recover what I thought I had lost. I told the manager they deserved 1,000 stars, but she said five was the limit. I was to receive an email/link to rate them, but, alas it never arrived. Soooo, three months later I am writing a review extolling their skill, talent, camaraderie, and all around helpfulness. I am giving them the 1,000 stars for a job well done even if it's only in my own mind! Thanks you two!

Arlando, this you man spent a couple of hours and 2 visits to get my phone working. This was my 4 person to finally get the phone on. He knows a lot and was a great help.

Lied about their return policy to me, saying I can’t return a case I didn’t want. When their policy says there is a 30 day return window.*UPDATE* Thank you Leigh Ann for taking care of my problem!

I want to give a shout out to Terrance, who helped me get my new phone up and running as well as the rest of the associates at this Verizon store. Everyone was professional and friendly and very patient with my many questions about tablets, etc. I always appreciate good customer service.

I would like to share that Dylan and Terrance are fantastic. They were very patient and understanding with me when I needed assistance with understanding by bill. They took the extra time to reach out to financial services. They were very patient and stayed beyond their work schedule to assist me. There are very few companies that go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Thank you so much for you assistance and patience. You were great!!!!!!

We bought the new IPhone 13 pro and the charger is made slightly different from the old chargers for iPhones. The employee helping gave us bad information stating that we couldn't use the old charger because it would mess the battery up in your new phone. After speaking directly Apple I come to find out the information he gave us was false. We out buying adapters so the new charger would fit in the car when that wasn't necessary. If your skeptical about what someone is saying always follow your first mind.

When i went to get my phone service switched over for me and my sister Kaitlyn was my representative. She did a good job all while being patient with me and not being annoyed by the million questions I asked. She walked me through the entire process and did a Breakdown of the payments that I will be making she did a great job!!

The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars, isn't for the customer service, that was a good thing. It's because, you'd think a phone th costs more than $750, would come with a charger, or, a cable that doesn't need an adapter.

Horrible.If i could give 0, i would have. Just left this location today. Came in at 1:00 pm left at 2:30pm still not being waited on and NO phone. I ended up leaving,and so did the 4 people before me. They had 2 sales associates working,and one of them looked like he didn't even know what he was doing, he definitely needs more training.

I absolutely had a blast working with Dylan! From great conversations all the way to the laughs we shared. This is something that would have been stressful for me and he made so easy and fun. One thing he didn’t do was give up when we ran into system errors and he kept his cool and rolled with the punches of technology. Dylan’s energy was infectious and in times like we’re in now, I truly needed every laugh he brought out in me today.
