I recently visited the Patterson Vantage Credit Union location and cannot say enough great things! The customer service provided by the entire staff from management to receptionist was excellent! Working with Tiffany was a great experience. Tiffany was professional, informative and kind. She answered all of my questions in depth and went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed. I would highly recommend the Vantage Patterson branch to anyone seeking quality banking services. Exceptional experience!

Got there close to closing-drive through couldn’t accept my checks since the machine wasn’t working. When I first tried to go in, the customer service rep said they were closed. I was quite bothered by this and responded negatively. The happy ending to this story is the manager stepped in and allowed me to finish my transactions. Yay for customer service! I am a glad I am a VCU.member.

I want to start off by saying thanks to Latoya Cannon who is a Financial Coach at this branch location. I needed to open an account and apply for a loan for one of life’s necessities. I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and great attitude displayed by Latoya. I have 30 plus years of customer service experience. My current position requires remote technical support via phone. There are times we must give instructions for the customer to complete to resolve their questions, but the bulk of our work requires remotely connecting to the customer’s device and completing the steps needed to resolve their issue. Latoya handled my situation in a similar fashion. In customer service we refer to this as holding the customer’s hand like a guide taking them where they need to go instead of pointing to have them do the steps themselves. The process was seamless and quick. I had my accounts opened, my first deposit completed, and my loan approval information completed with no hassle. There were times I thought I needed more information, but Latoya would reassure me that she only requests the information needed to complete the process and nothing extra. This was a breath of fresh air because your financial data is in big demand. Only having to provide what is needed gives some peace of mind. I recommend anyone opening a new account or looking to apply for a loan to speak to Latoya Cannon. Once again thank you Latoya Cannon.

I have the best experiences with this credit union assistant manager, Josh, and the lady with the beautiful blue eyes in the front was very helpful. She called me and corrected a mistake that they made which I thought was so insignificant

This location is on the mark (5 stars)! Everyone I've interacted with talk to you like they're genuinely concerned. They are - so if you visit that location ask them how their day is going. Beat them to the punch, like I did, today. Almost forgot to mention that they're very concerned with your savings. I know because they ask.

This community CREDIT UNION: During a pandemic they couldn’t even fake like they care about people of color! 2 payments presented funds not in account yet they send both back but took their $70 return payment fee from my unemployment. Thanks Karen.

Called to check on transactions placed on my daughter’s account and I explained to the lady that my daughter didn’t have the answer to whatever they were asking her so I called in. She gets very rude and says she will send me to a supervisor... her name was Mary and out of all the years I have been with vantage this was the worse experience ever. She profiled me because she did something wrong and couldn’t find my account or daughters. I will be closing all of my accounts with them!

June 2020 by Clayton C.
When I called repeatedly, to verify the mailing address where Vantage Credit Union would be mailing any and all mail to, I was repeatedly told, on three different occasions, by three different representatives in May of 2020, that any and all mail which Vantage Credit Union needed to send to me, would be mailed to a P.O. Box in GA. I now understand that Vantage Credit Union has a policy which requires that Vantage Credit Union members provide Vantage Credit Union with a physical address. However; I was not told, not once, until today, not in all of the years I have been with Vantage Credit Union, that Vantage Credit Union requires this physical address. I called in today, on June 10, 2020, and was told this for the first time, by a manger who works in the records department at Vantage Credit Union. When I was repeatedly told by various different Vantage Credit Union representatives in May, that all my mail would be mailed to the P.O. Box just stated, then I would not think that there was a problem. I have been receiving mail from Vantage Credit Union for several years now as well, at my P.O. Box in GA. However; when I received an email from the records department, on May 22, 2020, which listed a very old address on the Lien Release Acknowledgment Document attached to that email, which I never provided to Vantage Credit Union, I knew that there was a problem. On May 22, 2020, I called into Vantage Credit Union, and spoke to a woman who works in the records department of Vantage Credit Union, who sent me the email with the Lien Release Acknowledgment Document attached to it, and not only was she rude, as she seemed to want to simply get me off the phone as quickly as possible, she also did not even take the time to verify what address the Lien Release Acknowledgment Document would be sent to, and told me that the reason that I had not received the Lien Release Acknowledgment Document, (even though it was supposedly sent out on May 14, 2020), was due to mail being slowed down, due to the Coronavirus pandemic. This was obviously not true, and if she had done her due diligence, and simply taken a few moments to verify the address where the Lien Release Acknowledgment Document would be sent to, she would have discovered that Vantage Credit Union had an incorrect physical address on file, if she had only taken the time to verify this address with me. I called back after I got off the phone with this representative in the records department, who sent me the Lien Release Acknowledgment Document, as it was clear that the wrong mailing address was listed on the document. I spoke to an assistant manager in the records department, on May 22, 2020, who also did not verify the physical address which Vantage Credit Union had on file, and the Lien Release Acknowledgement Document ended up getting sent to a very old Colorado address, as apparently, this Colorado address was the physical address which Vantage Credit Union had on file, and this incorrect physical address is where the document was sent to. Thus, this document, which I spent some real time trying to track down, took nearly a month to get rerouted to me from Colorado to Georgia. All it would have taken, is for one of these many Vantage Credit Union representatives whom I spoke with, to simply put forth a little more effort, and verify my physical mailing address, in order to save all of this time and frustration. It is a waste of my time, and truly, a waste of Vantage Credit Unions time, to have to repeatedly address this matter, when this issue of the incorrect physical address could have been easily fixed, if only one of the many Vantage Credit Union representatives I spoke with had been willing to verify my physical address. Particularly when I called in repeatedly and specifically asked to verify my mailing address, my physical address should have been verified. I would have certainly taken the time to verify the physical address which is on file for a member, to verify all addresses, if I worked for Vantage Credit Union, and I was handling this issue, and there was clear
